Good location but definitely not 5 star !

The hotel is very well located, and garage parking is available for an additional fee, which is convenient. However, the welcome upon arrival was disappointing. The receptionist did not seem very welcoming, and we felt as though we were disturbing her. Also we had no assistance with our luggage.
The room itself was small but tidy, and the bathroom was clean and relatively spacious. That said, this hotel definitely does not meet the standards of a five-star establishment.

A hotel with character and potential. Air conditioning and facilities could certainly be better. Ideal location to explore the center.

Terrible experience: personal items disappeared during the stay

Stay ruined by a very unpleasant incident. I entered the hotel with several personal items (Gucci glasses, perfume, jewelry) and at check-out I could not find them either in the room or in my suitcase.
I had activated the electronic "Do Not Disturb" to prevent staff from entering the room, but cleaning was still done anyway. The hotel then explained to me that the electronic signal sometimes does not work and that a physical sign should be used to hang outside — a sign that was not present in my room.
I documented everything (photos, receipts) and requested a refund, but the hotel claimed no responsibility and did not recognize any compensation.
Beyond the economic value, losing items that I was emotionally attached to, without receiving any form of accountability from the establishment, made this an experience I would never want to repeat. In a hotel in general, and especially in a 5-star establishment, one expects that situations like this simply do not happen.

Horrible experience, even though we placed the do not disturb option on the cleaning crew went in and we had stuff disappear from our suitcases. When confronted the Hotel staff wasn’t really helpful and denied everything. Been in a lot of places and never experienced something like this. I felt the staff was doing a favor to me for staying there. Unbelievable.

Three stars are accurate.

At most, a three-star hotel. The reception is okay. But it lacks any luxury. Rooms are clean but at a three-star level. Beds are okay but not good.
