The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and close to the tram line for easy transportation to the city and also Linate Airport. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We needed a late check in due a severe flight delay and they provided clear instructions for us. Great communication.

The worst experience booking through Agoda! Don't make my mistake again!

She booked this hotel through Agoda (September 12-16) – and never regretted her choice so much. The description and rating on the site are completely out of step with reality.
The bathroom and toilet were shared, dirt, mold, faulty plumbing, a scary hairdryer, and the door barely opened.
- The morning atmosphere was "complemented" by the rumble of construction outside the window - there was not a single day of full rest.
Felt unsafe, the door key was stuck and the general condition of the premises was extremely deplorable.
- Agoda customer service virtually ignored all my claims: the answers were typical, there was no question of wanting to solve the problem, the refund was refused, offering only token compensation.
I believe that Agoda has absolutely no concern for customers and no control over the consistency of rating and accommodation. This approach destroys trust and ruins travel.
I strongly recommend against this hotel and the Agoda site itself! I'll attach photos so others can avoid making that mistake.

Terrifying experience, in the past I had already been here but found a completely different environment: they offered quality wine on arrival in a glass glass glass glass glass while this time brut poor; I had asked not to be disturbed and the waitress knocked loudly on the door waking me up in the middle of the afternoon 2 hours after occupying the room and when I asked what she wanted she said just check. But the worst part is tonight: other customers are screaming and I sent messages to the Hotel but nobody is answering. It is no man's land whereas before it was an elegant and respectable place. Never again.

Worst experience of my life

The worst experience of my life, because I arrived at 12 o’clock the night since it rained a lot in milan was not easy to arrive, and when I arrived everything was closed, no one ever contacted me to leave me a key and called at least 50 times and no one answered , I wanted to sleep in the hallway, the next day when the person arrived I did not even pass the piece that had already paid only a bath for the use of the workers.

Misleading, dirty, and poor customer service

The photos shown online suggest a clean, modern hotel — but what we walked into was the complete opposite.
Our room had a huge water-damaged ceiling corner with mold, rot, and peeling plaster, plus a constant musty smell. The air conditioner barely worked and was visibly dirty.
But worst of all: there were ants crawling inside the room, right next to the bed. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
The bathroom was outdated and filthy, with limescale buildup and a loose, exposed lamp plug that felt unsafe.
When we reported all of this to the front desk, the only thing they offered was a different room on the very last day of our stay — no refund, no compensation, not even an apology.
Don’t be fooled by the slick photos. In reality, this place is poorly maintained and run by a team that clearly doesn’t care.
Avoid at all costs.
