Good, good, good and still good

Located in a spectacular location (dock), right in the center of the Milanese nightlife, we had the pleasure of staying at this property the bridge of the Immaculate. What can I say: spectacular from every point of view. Special thanks to the girls at the reception, always professional and smiling. In short, good, good, good and still good

Terrible experience

I gave one star because you cannot give less. On 12/18/25 I booked a stay for July 26 for two nights (July 24 and 25). I didn't hear anything else until 7/24, the day I received an email saying that, due to unspecified organizational needs, they could no longer host us. They refunded us but left me stranded while we were already in the car to reach Milan. We tried many times to call them on the Milan number which was automatically diverted to one in Rome (Gregori Hotels). At my first call they hung up, after which they never answered the many other calls. I had my wife call and they behaved the same way...they answered the first call, after which nothing more. We had to look for another property during a period when there was a lot of traffic in Milan, paying much more. Terrible from every point of view. Strongly discouraged.

A terrible experience

We did not enjoy it:
- The parking indicated among the services of the facility is actually municipal parking with blue lines on the street. In a neighborhood like the Navigli, it means not having parking. In fact, I had to park 1 km away, the other in zone C (and I had to pay for access to zone C).
- Old furnishings and bathrooms definitely in need of refreshing.
- Poor cleanliness: in the room, I found 2 cockroaches (something that has never happened in 35 years of hotels around the world); cobwebs, mold on the walls.
- Ineffective air conditioning.

SCAM! DO NOT BOOK

SCAM! Forwarded a complaint both to Tripadvisor, where I found the property, and directly to Navigli suite directly by email. Booked with a discount in August and the night before the stay I receive email cancellation without reason. Claimed by phone without success as the property is operated by the Gregori Hotel in Rome. I am waiting for a refund but I have the impression that I will have to take legal action. Tripadvisor did not guarantee me and I pointed it out. The structure is still visible on Tripadvisor.

Well located but not up to the standard

Friendly staff and speaks French, but.. room really not up there, not super clean, a bathtub but not possible to put a cork so shower mandatory, so no luck for us the room reeked of cigarettes while it is non smoking. (not their fault but it rotted our experience). Details that are not great like having a coffee maker with a single pod of coffee when there are two.. the reception closes at 5pm, so not great for late flights.For the positives, bedding correct, near the Navigli and not very far from the center. Walk to the center 15 minutes.
