Very beautiful hotel but not a good welcome.
Very beautiful hotel. We were even upgraded. Room ready upon arrival before check-in. Very comfortable and spacious room. Magnificent pool and gym like new. I did not go to the spa. Decent breakfast. I think it could have been more upscale given the location and the price. A big thank you to Alex the bellhop who was adorable, as well as the receptionist upon our arrival. The others were not friendly. They barely speak to us, no smiles. Not at all worthy of a hotel of this caliber. You get the impression that you are bothering the staff by being there. The bar restaurant staff is even worse... with dreadfully slow service. To be avoided.

A wonderful stay in San Siro
We had a wonderful stay and, of course, a fantastic dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Everything was perfect, the prosecco even better! Excellent service while the location of the hotel is great, next to the highway and wonderful local restaurants.

A fantastic stay.
I just stayed at the Sheraton Milan San Siro and I want to share my experience, because it was truly an exceptional stay.
I had initially booked three nights, but the day before my arrival I decided to check if it was possible to move my stay up by one day. I then called the hotel and a truly delightful person from the front desk, Venere, answered the phone.
Her help was simply exceptional. She did everything possible so that I could arrive a day early and, I would say, within a few hours of my phone call, she managed to organize everything.
She responded with extraordinary professionalism, taking the necessary time to listen carefully to all my requests. When I hung up, I was already absolutely confident in the service I would receive at this hotel.
But I must say that, upon my arrival, my impression was even better than the expectations I had developed thanks to the wonderful assistance received from Venere.
Venere and her colleague Carlo welcomed us with a kindness and professionalism that are truly rare. Both were extremely helpful and allowed us to check in very quickly, simply, and absolutely flawlessly.
I would also like to thank Jessica, who was also exceptionally helpful, as well as Leonardo, an extremely friendly and helpful young man, and also Alison.
Truly, the reception team does an extraordinary job. But it must also be said that they have a front office manager, Gabriele, a young professional who, despite his age, already possesses great experience in the world of hospitality.
Gabriele is perfectly up to the task of leading his team: always smiling, extremely helpful, and, above all, always ready to listen to his guests. I imagine that, considering the responsibilities of his role, he has an extremely busy schedule, yet he always finds the time to listen to customers and help them in the best way possible. It is a quality that I appreciated very much.
Having booked an Executive Suite, I had access to the Executive Lounge, located on the sixth floor, where it is possible to go throughout the day to enjoy cold and hot drinks.
But it is above all the Happy Hour, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, that is truly exceptional. In many hotels around the world, in fact, Happy Hour generally lasts only two hours: being able to take advantage of this service for a full three hours is a real added value.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Antonio, a young restaurant supervisor, a truly cheerful person, full of energy and extraordinary kindness.
Antonio is truly a gem for this hotel. He is extremely attentive to his guests, takes care of everyone with sincere kindness, and knows his job perfectly.
Every evening it was a real pleasure to see him and his wonderful colleagues again.
Antonio is a person deeply involved in his work, who takes care of every guest with great attention. It is truly a pleasure to see a young professional with so much motivation and, above all, with an authentic passion for what he does.
I would also like to highlight the exceptional quality of the snacks and appetizers served during Happy Hour. The selection is very wide, the products are of excellent quality, and the buffet is constantly replenished, always maintaining an excellent level.
A sincere thank you also goes to Jonathan, Eriglen, and Alessandra for the excellent service.
Alessandra, in particular, is a person who is always smiling, full of energy, and extraordinarily attentive to the needs of the guests.
It is truly a fantastic little team, capable of making every evening even more pleasant.
Even in the morning, I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful welcome received during breakfast from Davide De Benedetto, the supervisor, who welcomed us with great elegance, professionalism, and kindness.
I would like to take this opportunity to also thank his entire breakfast team.
Davide, young, smiling, and always extremely helpful.
Valentine, a server full of energy and always in a good mood.

I would also highly recommend trying the hotel restaurant. The quality of the dishes is truly exceptional, thanks in part to the talent of Executive Chef Davide Castaldi.
Executive Chef Davide has extraordinary talent. He even found the time to come and talk to us: he is a simple, friendly, and truly likable person. But when he enters his kitchen, he demonstrates great professionalism and a remarkable ability to lead his brigade with seriousness and competence.
He is supported by equally talented chefs, whom I would like to thank and mention personally: Chef Alejandro Salazar and Chef Rusith.
Every evening it was a real pleasure to taste their creations: dishes of exceptional quality, very well-prepared, and above all, rich in flavor.
Even though the hotel is located slightly outside the center of Milan, thanks to the shuttle that connects the property to the city center, I believe it remains one of the best choices for staying in Milan.
The quiet location allows you to get away from the frantic pace of the city, while the splendid pool offers an ideal place to relax and cool off.
I would also like to extend a sincere thank you to all the housekeeping staff. The hotel is extremely clean, and the rooms are cleaned with great care and attention.
I highly recommend booking an Executive Suite: it is very spacious, elegantly furnished, and, above all, extremely comfortable.
The entire hotel is decorated with great elegance and good taste. Nothing seems to have been left to chance: every detail has been carefully thought out, creating a refined, harmonious, and very pleasant environment.

Nice Hotel
Considering hotels in Europe, this is quite spacious hotel. Absolute family friendly, courteous staff finest restaurant. If you are commuting by public transport or own transport, then this is suitable but if you relying on taxis, then its expensive to reach city centre since it it is in the outskirts of Milan.
