Matteo was very accommodating and enabled us to stay in our rooms once our tour started.
We arrived very late at night and were pleasantly surprised to have our rooms upgraded. The room was clean, spacious and had plenty of nice perks. Matteo (younger one) was very friendly and welcoming. Matteo(older one) was so helpful the next morning when he allowed us to stay in our rooms for the tour which began that night. We don’t have to move our suitcases and were able to stay in our original rooms. Also the breakfast buffet was plentiful and enjoyable.

Comfortable in Bicocca area but needs restyling
Hotel remains of a good standard but requires a noticeable renovation of the furniture , linen and services .

Comfortable Stay with Attentive Staff
The hotel is not exactly in the city center, but I attended a conference here and can say that the services match the 4-star rating. Coffee breaks were well-stocked, with real strong coffee :) and staff always attentive.
The room was quite spacious, clean, and well soundproofed. The Italian-style breakfast was exactly what you need in the morning.
The price was rather high, but understandable due to the Olympic Games taking place during this period.

Did us fine for 1 night. Good transport into Milan.
So we chose this hotel based on it being on the outskirts of Milan so we could make a quick getaway in the morning for our 12 o’clock flight. And because it was right opposite the metro for easy transport into Milan.
When we first arrived it is in a weird area. It seems to be located in a ‘motor mile’ beside all the car garages. It has a secure electric gate so it was quite hard to see how you get in but you just have to stop and press the buzzer and they’ll let you in. Car parking was €15 which was worth it.
They had offered us free early check in at 12 by email but when we arrived it was going to be nearer 1 and we didn’t want to waste our day so they stored our luggage and we headed into Milan.
You can get the Metro right outside. It was €2.20 for 45 mins so €4.40 to get in and back out. You had to change trains once. We were in Duomo station within 20 mins.
The room was supposed to be a triple but they had shuffled around the sofa etc to fit in a z-bed which wasn’t ideal and made the room quite cramped.
The room was clean though and the shower was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The air con worked well which was a relief as it was 35 degrees outside.
They charged us tourist tax for our 13 year old who we’d already filled in a waiver form for when checking in which was annoying. I’m still waiting on that refund appearing on my credit card.

In merito alla sua segnalazione relativa all’early check-in, desideriamo precisare che, prima del suo arrivo, attraverso la piattaforma Booking.com, le era stata proposta la possibilità di usufruire di un supplemento che prevedeva la colazione e l’early check-in. Tale proposta non era stata inizialmente selezionata.
Inoltre, la sua successiva conferma/richiesta ci è pervenuta solamente alle ore 11:32 del giorno stesso dell’arrivo. A tale orario, considerata la necessità di organizzare preventivamente la disponibilità della camera e le relative attività operative, non è stato purtroppo possibile accogliere la richiesta di early check-in nei tempi desiderati. La camera è pertanto rimasta soggetta ai normali orari di check-in, previsti a partire dalle ore 15:00.
Per quanto riguarda invece la Tassa di Soggiorno, comprendiamo il suo disappunto per l’erronea registrazione dell’addebito. Si è trattato di un errore di sistema che il nostro personale di Ricevimento ha prontamente verificato e corretto, provvedendo allo storno dell’importo e scusandosi per l’accaduto.
Desideriamo comunque porgerle le nostre più sincere scuse per le incomprensioni e per la gestione delle comunicazioni di carattere amministrativo e commerciale, che comprendiamo possano averle arrecato disagio durante il soggiorno.
La ringraziamo nuovamente per il suo feedback, che rappresenta per noi un’importante opportunità di miglioramento, e ci auguriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente in futuro, così da poterle offrire un’esperienza pienamente all’altezza delle sue aspettative.
