A true find

This amazing authentic hotel was wonderful. It sits in the heart of Modica with stunning views from your balcony. The owner Antonio was a delight. Yes, there are a few stairs but perfectly priced for a the light traveller. Enjoy this magical hotel

Relaxing baroque hotel

Very central hotel a stone's throw from all services. Antonio (the owner) is an exquisite person and ready to satisfy our every need. The breakfast was good especially the croissants that he went to get freshly baked every morning. Not to mention the cappuccino is a real delight. The room was very clean and had a breathtaking view of Modica. What more could you want? A truly family environment. A truly sincere thank you from Mirco and Claudia to Antonio who made us have a super holiday. Ps. Greetings to the cleaning lady and Saro the taxi gentleman, a truly exquisite person.

Awesome view

Hotel nicely situated in the heart of old Modica. We found exactly what was advertised on the website. The room was clean with a balcony looking into the old city. However, the bathroom would needs some refresh paint on the ceiling. Parking is on the street, even if the city was pretty busy we always managed to find parking spots either free or chargeable. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

The view from our room was worth the numerous steps we climbed to get to our room!

The owner/manager of this hotel was very helpful and accommodating. The view from our room (#10) was breathtaking! Staying here felt like a truly authentic Italian experience. Take heed - there really are 88 steps to the entrance of the hotel, just as the hotel description states. Keep this in mind when considering luggage, strollers, etc.
