Camper vacation
We spent 5 days in a camper at this facility, which greatly satisfied us. The pitch with electricity and water, sanitary facilities and hot showers, the possibility to use the beautiful pool and the barbecue, wifi, and the kindness and availability of the owners and staff made for a very pleasant vacation.

We are not satisfied at all.
We stayed at this establishment for a weekend with friends. Upon our arrival, the exterior appearance of the bungalow looked well-kept and welcoming, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.
The patio, which is accessed via a ladder, was and is filled with cobwebs everywhere, a synonym for neglect and insensitivity.
The description published on Booking indicated the presence of a double bed; however, in bungalow number 2, we found a bed that is one and a half times the size of a single bed and a second sleeping area consisting of a single bed and a loft bed, a solution we found to be impractical and not adequately comfortable for adult guests.
The kitchen was equipped with the necessary tools for meal preparation. However, we noticed some differences compared to other accommodations in the same facility: for example, in the bungalow occupied by our friends, there was a kettle with complimentary tea and herbal teas, while such a service was not available in ours.
The most critical aspect of the stay was the lack of hot water and the malfunctioning shower, which did not allow for regular use. This situation inevitably compromised the comfort of the stay, as it is an essential service that should always be guaranteed.
At
the time of payment, the lady came to our aid to resolve the hot water issue, as she believed we had not turned on the boiler with the appropriate button, which was not indicated with any signage; however, the problem with the non-functioning showerhead remained, preventing us from showering properly. Nevertheless, she did not hesitate to take the full agreed amount even after confirming the aforementioned issues.
In all the facilities, there was a TV antenna, which was useless as there was no television in ours. (Booking indicates that a TV is present.)
Furthermore, some services advertised by the facility were not available during our stay: the pool was empty, the sauna was not operational, and the Wi-Fi described on Booking was nonexistent, just like the on-site café.
We are aware that the price of the facility is particularly competitive; however, we believe that the availability of essential services and the correspondence between what is advertised and what is actually offered are fundamental requirements for any accommodation.
In light of the experience we had, we do not feel comfortable recommending this facility and suggest that future guests verify the actual availability of the services indicated at the time of booking.

Perfect place for kids and families.

A lovely place, surrounded by nature where peace and tranquility reign.
SWIMMING POOL and SAUNA are the icing on the cake, accessible at any time.

Peace and quiet
It is a small and quiet village nestled in the Pesaresi hills 11 km from Fano, so convenient to reach the sea while remaining in the hills. It seems to be in an enchanted little corner with a stunning view, the cottages are distributed over three driveways and those in the front row enjoy the view from the patio. House equipped with all the "essentials" with adequate spaces. A stone's throw from the village is the farm "Il Mimulus" of the same owner who is always very welcoming and helpful. We will be back

An oasis of tranquility among the hills of the Pesaro hinterland
Pleasant discovery on the hills of the Pesaro hinterland. The village hosted us with two other couples of friends and their dogs, in three caravans, between Christmas and New Year. The structure is equipped with around ten pitches with water and electricity connections, heated bathrooms and showers with hot water. Also available to guests are perfectly furnished and equipped mobile homes with a spacious patio useful for outdoor living and as a dog enclosure. Welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful managers. Dogs are welcome if supervised and clean. A place where you can enjoy the nature of the Marche region far from the chaos of the most popular tourist destinations, a few kilometers from the sea and a stone's throw from the historic village of Monbaroccio. We will be back next month with real pleasure
