The location and the service were great!

The service and the friendliness of the staff were great!
The location was excellent
The rooms we had were a little small but everything was very clean and well-maintained
Especially Mariaelena at the front desk and everyone who assisted us were very efficient and attentive

Great service. Room was very small and poorly laid out but I did book the basic. The real issue was it was super loud from (I assume) the restaurant at night and perhaps some sort of deliveries (repeated banging) in the AM. Good breakfast.

Franco and the whole front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Monopoli itself was beautiful but very, very touristy. This property puts you in the heart of everything.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The room was clean and spacious, and having staff available 24 hours a day made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
The only minor issue was the drainage in the shower, as water tended to pool around our feet while showering. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to stay here again!
