Eighteenth at Masseria Vocale.
Celebrating my eighteenth birthday in this location was absolutely the best choice I could have made. The place is breathtakingly beautiful, nestled in a unique position between the blue of the sea and the green of the olive trees: a contrast that creates a truly magical atmosphere.
The true heart of this place, however, is the owner, Costanza. Thanks to her extraordinary kindness and total availability, she was able to take care of every detail, making my party just like the one I had dreamed of: unique and unforgettable.
Everything was simply perfect, not only in my eyes but also in the eyes of all my guests who were enchanted.

Disappointing experience even before the stay.
Premise: I did not stay at this hotel but I should have. I had booked through Booking a quadruple room for two adults and an 11-month-old child, with specific request for a cot, indicated as available. Then, after several weeks of booking, I privately requested the cot they answered me via voice in the following way: "in the b & b we do not have cots available.... because it depends on the type of room, there are rooms where it is available and rooms where you can not 'for a matter of security of the structure". All right, except that I had booked a QUADRUPLE for 2 people, just to have cot space. To my objection, the answer was: "Ma'am, in five years, no one's ever wanted it." A sentence that I find completely inadequate: the fact that other customers have not requested it does not justify the unavailability or approximation in handling my need, especially if they indicate on the site that the cot is available on request. As I said to them, this, after the availability of a cot is indicated, is not my problem, but they should be the ones to try to meet the customer's request, or at least not to respond so. The fact is, that after my message, I no longer received a response but I received a call from booking, which reported that my stay had been canceled by the structure for "problems", a few days from the stay, in the mid-August period when it is very difficult to find alternatives. Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, especially towards a family with a small child. In addition, my father who would have stayed there to be with his family, he also canceled, and they told him that I assaulted them (I think assault is something else, whatsapp chat screen to support). Too bad, just a minimum of communication and availability more and you would not have missed 2 bookings in the mid-August period.

I really don't know how to make negative reviews about certain places... Here everything is perfect there is nothing more to add. Kindness... Courtesy..... Education... Everything. The breakfast is great... The nicest lady. Thank you.

HORROR EXPERIENCE!! / HORROR EXPERIENCE!!!
HORROR EXPERIENCE!!
Beautiful accommodation but run by unprofessional and impossible people (family business). We rented the entire accommodation for a private event (pre-wedding event).
When we arrived at the property, the entire outdoor area (pool/barbecue) was in work (cleaning-robot in the pool, cushions spread on all deckchairs, seating unusable). The hosts were lazy and slow when we approached them about the situation. When we moved into the rooms, the surfaces were dusty and there were dead insects in the bathtub (it hadn't been cleaned for at least a week). We decided to address the inconvenience at the end of our stay (1 night) and enjoy the rest of the day / our time.
When we confronted the hosts with the inconvenience the next day, they defendingly denied it and insulted us personally instead of making amends/being accommodating or apologising. We were then not willing to pay the full amount for the service that had been (or not) provided.
This case happened 1 day before the wedding. The owner (daughter) then made threats on the brides whatsapp and threatened her to show up at the wedding and make a scene.
IMAGINE what kind of human you must be to speak out such actions to a bride-to-be. Of course our day was ruined!
I have never experienced such an terrible, dreadful and out of line behavior to GUESTS. I therefore DO NOT recommend this place under any circumstances!!

Posto strategico per cascate e percorsi in zona
Bel posto ristrutturato con verde, piscina e stanze ben fatte... pecche : aria condizionata mancante e rumori da una cava vicina in giorni lavorativi; sabato e domenica solo suoni della natura; gli spazi esterni sono condivisi con la famiglia proprietaria.
