"Comme à la maison"

Very conformtable!!! The appartment is well finishe and clean.
Alessandro is a really nice and willing host, he prepared every morngin the breaskfast taking care of all guests'needs.
Not far from the center, you need a car to reach it, but it is very quiete and you can rest well.
I very raccomande this b&b.

a perfect place for a relaxing holiday

We stayed at B&B Del Carretto with my family for a week. The apartment was just a few minutes far from the sea, we could even use the bikes to explore the area. This part of Calabria is worthily and deserved called "the pearl of Ionian sea". It is crsytal clear and has an amazing emerald colour.
The hospitality was great, Alessandro and Anna Maria, a very nice couple were at our disposal whenever we needed help. We were even introduced to their friends, so we could have an insight into the local people's everyday's life.
The apartment was spacious and fully equipped for all our needs, and beautifully furnished and decorated, with very fine taste really. It was clean and spotless, the beds were comfortable and cool thanks to its location, and all was very peaceful and just a perfect place for a relaxation at the sea. There is a beautiful, well-cared garden and it was nice to sit and have a drink or meal outside on the terrace.
We loved the area with the hills and mountains and sea, it's a place where we will always wish to go back. I would mention the hospitality of the local people as well, for example the lady in the organic fruit shop, who - as soon as she learned that we were the guests of Alessandro and Anna Maria - gave us lots of discount and even free products.
I warmly recommend to stay in B&B Del Carretto apartment to any guests.

A Beautiful Relaxing Place

Our week's stay at this well decorated and maintained property was a delight for our family. The apartment was spacious with a big kitchen, dining area, living room quarters, and two big bedrooms. The bathroom was modern and very clean. As enjoyable as the accommodations were, the owners, Alessandro and Anna Maria were even more outstanding. Their warmth and friendship offered to us will never be forgotten. They were helpful, kind, and very engaging with us. And the 17 yr. old daughter spoke very good English to help bridge any of the communication gap we may have encountered. With the beautiful, peaceful, surrounding beaches, and the rugged terrain of the hillside country, we found our stay in Soverato with Alessandro and Anna Maria to be well worth the trip to southern Italy

A lovely relaxing holiday

Beautiful, tasteful accommodation. We couldn't fault the facilities, clean, well equiped, light and airy with an outside space to sit and eat.
The family were very hospitable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The beach, a 20 minute walk away, was the best that we have found in Italy and was not overcrowded. The sea was clear and lovely to swim in.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

fantastic place to stay

Staying at B&B del Carretto was a wonderfull experience! For us, a family with 3 children from the Netherlands, this place was perfect: The house is very luxurious, spacious and clean. The Livingroom, the bedrooms and kitchen are very well equipped with everything you could wish for. The terrace in front is nice and shady if it gets too hot, the surrounding gardens are lovely. The host family, De Palma Pignone del Caretto, are very friendly and helpfull, they really made us feel at home.
