Excellent
Passing through as pilgrims on the Via Francigena, we treated ourselves to this luxury both for the overnight stay and for dinner. Benedetta and Stefano, the owners, spare no effort in managing this property. The rooms are very spacious and nothing is missing. The minibar in the room is well-stocked and included in the price. Breakfast is served in the room as early as 6:30 to allow for an early departure. On the top floor, a small lounge offers the possibility to use a sink, microwave, and water dispenser to refill water bottles.

Cara Laura, grazie di cuore per queste parole così generose! Ci fa piacere sapere che la vostra sosta da Pellegrini sulla Via Francigena sia stata un piccolo lusso, sia a cena che per il pernottamento. Curare ogni dettaglio, dal mini bar in camera compreso nel prezzo alla colazione servita dalle 6:30 per chi parte presto, fino al salottino per rifornire le borracce, è proprio ciò che amiamo fare. Welcoming
We stayed one night in this pleasant property in the heart of the magnificent village of Monteriggioni. The rooms are very pleasant, furnished with extreme care, some with exposed brick and terracotta floors. You can see the passion and attention that the owners have dedicated to the decor, and every detail is well thought out. Benedetta welcomes you warmly, and her husband Stefano takes care of the establishment below, where you can taste high-quality products. In the morning, you will find delicious croissants and rolls outside your door for breakfast. The village is worth a stop in the evening because you can admire the sunset and enjoy the magical atmosphere of this timeless place.

Che gioia leggere queste parole, grazie di cuore! Ci fa immensamente piacere che abbiate notato la cura e la passione dedicate a ogni camera, dai mattoni a vista al pavimento in cotto. Benedetta ed io siamo felici di avervi accolti tra colazione, brioche e i prodotti di qualità del nostro locale al piano terra. Excellent experience.
Rooms & Wine al Castello is an excellent B&B, centrally located in the heart of Monteriggioni. The owners are very kind and helpful. The room was cute, spacious, and cozy, complete with every comfort. The breakfast was excellent. I will return to participate in the wine tasting.

A charming place
Eating, or just having a glass of wine or beer in the main square of this small but beautiful town, is a pleasant memory. They served us wonderfully, generous portions at reasonable prices, and very good advice on which wine to choose, although they mainly have their own. Highly recommended.

A standout place to stay
This was an absolutely amazing location with friendly, passionate hosts. Our family has one celiac and another member with various food sensitivities, and the hosts were extremely knowledgeable about exactly what was in the food they served in the bistro and for breakfast. The food was delicious, and the modified menu items didn't feel like compromises.
The room (we were in Torre) had a beautiful view of the walls and rooftops and was comfortable, clean, and contemporary but appointed in keeping with the feel of the surroundings and the building.
