TOP TOP TOP in Monterosso in the Cinque Terre.

What can I say?
Finding a place like this in Monterosso is practically IMPOSSIBLE.
1) Excellent breakfast,
2) splendid location among plants of the Ligurian Riviera and
3) shaded area.
4) Car parking with a barrier (finding a spot with parking here is the best thing because by booking in other places you risk not finding parking and having to take the car kilometers and kilometers away)
5) Very clean and quiet rooms and apartments.
(this is no small thing considering that in other rooms in Monterosso the passing of the train can be annoying)
6) 1 minute from the lakefront.
7) The owner is very helpful even via WhatsApp, even in finding solutions for the future to bring our three children as well
8) They also have other rooms in different areas to offer you
We will certainly return as soon as possible

This is a family run affair. All of the staff are wonderful. We will definitely stay there again if we return to the Cinque Terre.
Monterosso is the best place to stay there. It has space and amenities and the trains/boats can get you to all the others in no time at all. The beach is wonderful.

The location was the best part of our stay, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The room was also spacious and generally clean.
Unfortunately, the room was not very soundproof. We could hear other guests, especially around breakfast time, and there was a very strange and loud noise from the pipes whenever the room next door used the water, which felt like a maintenance issue.
We also had some ants and silverfish, mostly in the bathroom. Additionally, breakfast was advertised as €10 per person on Hotels.com, but we were told upon arrival that it would cost €15.
Overall, a good location, spacious room and decent cleanliness, but the noise, insects and breakfast price discrepancy affected our stay.

Peaceful. Quiet location just a short walk up from the beach. Outside the ZTL with its own parking a plus. Breakfast not included, basic but convenience made it our preference. Management very relaxed and helpful.

It was very clean and in a very good location. Parking was a little tight, and we asked if we could park in the lower lot.
