Magical!

This is a magical, peaceful, & absolutely beautiful place, high on the hill above Monterosso Al Mare. You'll want a 10 min taxi/shuttle to get here & back from the town center (unless you are up for a vigorous, steep hike), but Marie will schedule rides for you with 30 min notice. Once there, you will be surrounded by ocean views, singing birds, gorgeous flowers & fruit trees on private terraces. The suites are clean & nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Marie's homemade breakfasts are better than any gourmet bakery in town! You'll wish you could stay longer!

Outstanding view

The location is very special. Sea view is amazing. Near Monterosso al mare.
Marie is very service oriented.
Breakfast extensive and diverse.
Parking is fine.
Great location in combination visit of Cinque Terre.
It's worth it.

"The Green House" with a view.

We stayed here in October 2010.
We had a very nice stay in this very charming B&B for one week with our two kids (3 1/2 and 6 years old ) who enjoyed the terraces and many nooks and crannys of this lovely property. They talked about "The Green House" for many years afterwards. It is very impressive the work they have done and do on this steep hillside.
It is to far/steep to walk into Monterosso several times, but it made for an interesting excursion one of the days. The owners were vey helpful in driving us down and picking us up again. There were also buses you could plan your day around.
Fantastic view and easy access to the extensive network of paths.

Fantastic location, but without air conditioning or mosquito net.

Fantastic location, magnificent view
It couldn't be better. Unfortunately, when cleaning, they didn't think about the ceiling and corners where cobwebs and other things were hanging. Everything was OK for this fantastic place in the middle of nature. But there is only one small window without a mosquito net and no air conditioning. The air in the room is stagnant at night. There is no window at all in the bathroom. It's a shame. Breakfast was very nicely prepared, but everything was off and no water or tea was offered. All in all, fantastic location, nice, reserved hostess, but one day would have been enough for us. The second day was an ordeal with no sleep and full of bites.

The dreamiest stay! If you're looking for a magical place to stay in Cinque Terre, it's here!

What a stay! A week after coming home we’re still dreaming of the idyllic Villa Pietrafiore; the stunning views from the terrace, the delicious breakfasts, the wonderful Marie and Davide who were the loveliest hosts we’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and the whole tranquil ambience of the property. I’d recommend to stay here to anyone (and already have!) looking for an authentic stay in the beautiful Cinque Terre. We have been truly spoilt. I’d visit again in a heartbeat!
