Quality Hotel Green Palace: a guarantee
I stayed at the Quality Hotel Green Palace with a school of about 100 students and six teachers, and the experience was really excellent.
Despite the large number, all the staff proved organized, helpful and of extraordinary kindness. Special thanks to the front desk, especially to Mr. Stefano, always smiling, professional and ready to help us at all times.
Structure highly recommended, especially for groups: impeccable reception!

A (bitter) note on safety
I stayed at the structure from 26 to 28 September, for two nights and a day, together with a large group of participants in an organized diocesan pilgrimage. The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms. However, I feel the need to highlight a regrettable fact, which occurred at one of the dining rooms available to the hotel, because and as a result of which, the entire group ended their short stay in the Capital with a certain inner bitterness. During the second of the two dinners eaten at the hotel, in fact, suddenly disappeared the bag of a lady who had rested on the chair, behind her. It is evident that no one can be pointed at without certain evidence, but the fact remains that, during that hour or so in which dinner was served, none of the group approached the table to entertain themselves to exchange some chats, nor did the table, in that time frame, remain unattended. The lack of the bag was realized at the end of dinner, at the time of farewell. The bag contained in addition to the card for access to her room, the lady's personal documents and a considerable amount of money. The fact was immediately reported to the reception, whose attendant immediately took care to verify that it had not been forgotten in the room or in any of the common areas. Having personally ascertained that the bag was missing in the aforementioned spaces, the same employee, after an abundant half hour, contacted the Police by telephone to request the intervention of a patrol on site and allow to file a complaint. The intervention on the spot was not ordered but it was suggested by telephone to make the complaint in the following days. The lady, therefore, was accompanied by the tour leader, the next morning, at the Rome Carabinieri Station in San Pietro, where she denounced the fact. All this has caused obvious discomfort not only to the lady but also to all participants in the pilgrimage. Please note that the hotel, according to the employees, is not equipped with cameras in the indoor spaces but only in the outdoor ones so I believe that security cannot be fully guaranteed and any theft cannot be proven. The group returns to their hometown with this decidedly bitter note that inevitably dented the dimension of carefree and joyful experience that had been created. I would like to leave a trace of what happened while I address a cordial greeting, always a harbinger of Hope!

One more smile wouldn't hurt
Modern hotel, with adequate rooms and bathroom. Out of tune note, the reception staff, not welcoming, detached and cold. Too bad it does not reflect the spirit of the waitstaff, helpful and professional.

Great!
Beautiful property a few kilometers from Rome that can be easily reached given the proximity of Monterotondo station to the hotel. Very friendly staff, clean environments and excellent quality restaurant at normal prices. Very large internal parking for those who go by car. I go to this hotel several times a year for work and it is always a confirmation, recommended!
