The place is oozing with positive vibes

I would not hesitate to recommend Allegro Hotel in Naples.
Very clean and spacious ....
I had no problems with my requests,like finding places or getting around Naples as the concierge is very kind and approachable - clear communication

Comfortable

Owners very kind. They contacted me on the morning of arrival (scheduled for the evening ) and after two days of our stay to ask me how the stay had gone. Very appreciable thing for the courtesy and kindness used. Rooms clean although spartan. The location and 'great for the absolute proximity to the parking, but a bit' dismal and not exactly reassuring. Excellent value for money.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a great time, the staff is attentive to guests, Daniel nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and equipped with every comfort and the structure is convenient to reach public transport on foot in a few minutes. We will definitely return!

Very bad

Good evening, I am still waiting for a refund due to the lack of hot water.
I stayed for 2 days, Easter period and there was no hot water to wash and Mrs. Lucia promised me a reimbursement of expenses! I left my iban but no refund. Poor cleaning, no staff
