A perfect stay from every point of view.
A truly perfect stay! A beautiful hotel, meticulously cared for in every detail and impeccably clean, in an optimal location to visit the area and easily reach everything you need.
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed like at home, thanks to the kindness, professionalism, and availability of all the staff, always ready to meet my every need with a smile.
A special thanks to Loredana, her colleague, and all the staff in charge of breakfast and cleaning, who made my stay even more enjoyable. Excellent breakfast and outstanding service. I will definitely return!

The impression of having been scammed!
When we choose a 4-star hotel at 1500 euros per week, it is because we expect a certain quality of service! Everything starts with the offer of a private shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which is nothing more than a taxi that you will pay 8 euros more for by going through the hotel.
The hotel is located in a dilapidated condominium building and is not maintained. You will therefore have to navigate between the floors through secured doors. Forget about help with the luggage; you will have to manage on your own in a tiny elevator.
The room is acceptable, but the hot water and pressure are inconsistent in the shower, which has embedded black mold stains.
For 3 days, there was no wifi due to a failure before our arrival, but we were not informed. For 2 consecutive days, clean towels were not replaced in the room, and we had to go to the reception to get them. A sewage smell is constantly present in the hallways and the room. The breakfast is average in a tiny room that is often so full that we had to eat in a room on the opposite side.
Our flight being at 7:30 PM, we requested a delayed departure, which was granted to us at 12:00 PM instead of 10:30 AM for a fee of 30 euros (we could have expected a gesture given the service provided).
This hotel deserves 3 stars, not one more; it is even incredible that it can display 4. We invite you to read all the comments and not just the best ones highlighted by Booking, which do not reflect reality.
We do not recommend this establishment and will not return because we felt we had been scammed. The only positive note is the friendliness of the staff.

Found on Booking I decide to book well in advance for my trip to Naples! A few kilometers from the central station, easily reachable on foot, with the possibility of taking the metro as well since it is located between the metro of Piazza Duomo and the metro Università guarantees a good location for any move to visit the city of Naples. Friendly, friendly and welcoming staff. Clean room with every comfort, more than you could expect from a hotel!
Super stocked fridge, from salty to sweet, from drinks to spirits. Spacious room, large bathroom and clean. In the room we even found the scales not really ideal to be in Naples since going out there is every good of God and you might have some guilt just thinking of getting on. Still remains a good gimmick! Attractive board, hair straightener, everything you need for the bathroom, bright room and despite the location with heavy traffic in the evening we rested very well. Comfortable bed. Breakfast a real treat like everything else. Wide choice between sweet and savory, typical Neapolitan products, from pastiera to taralli, sfogliatine to croissants and homemade desserts. Now it's time to check out and where to go around all day waiting to resume transportation to go home in the evening, we ask if you can leave your luggage and return to collect them later, needless to say that our request was granted without problems proving that you have nothing to object to this hotel. I had a great time! I hope to return soon and you will be my regular stop to stay with you.

This hotel is not a “hotel” in the traditional sense. The door to enter the building is a wicket door, which was our first safety concern, as I hit my head on it exiting the building. The hotel rooms are on the second floor of the building. There is a front counter, but the staff working there did not typically even look up as guests entered or left.
The second safety concern is in the room, there are cut out steps leading down to the balcony within the actual hotel room. As in, part of the floor just disappears in front of the curtains. Our son fell here while walking and luckily wasn’t hurt.
The hotel room itself is nicely decorated, and the hotel breakfast was decent.
Unfortunately our sleeping was not great. The walls are thin, allowing both street noise, and noise from the front desk (we could hear the phone ringing, as well as sound from videos that the staff were watching). There are no blackout curtains, which lets a lot of street lamp light into the room during the night.
All in all, while the room was pretty, the logistics made it difficult to enjoy the stay.
