Objekt Naporà nalazi se na idealnoj lokaciji u Napulju, na kratkoj udaljenosti od znamenitosti Crkva Sv. Grgura Prosvjetitelja, Chiesa dei Santi Filippo e Giacomo i Muzej Cappella Sansevero, te nudi besplatan WiFi i smještaj s pogledom na grad.

Definitely will return soon Recommendation to all
Beautiful structure comfortable with tt the comforts the Owner very Friendly rooms always tidy and clean. Staff very kind bathroom always clean with everything you need. Water coffee tt included grz of all Recommendation to everyone also very convenient x transport near the metro

Neglected
We stayed for three nights at this property which is conveniently located to visit the city because it is sufficiently close to the central station and the metro stop "Duomo".
Despite all the positive reviews read before departure, we unfortunately had to change our minds because the conditions of the hotel are quite neglected, pass the fact that as is now the custom of many B&B we have never seen anyone and we managed everything via whatsapp, there are things not acceptable in 2025 in a big city:
summary cleaning, both of the rooms and of the stairwell and lift;
door lock malfunctioning (it takes a torch to center the opening block and you have to acquire the skills of a burglar to enter...);
malfunctioning bathrooms (one of our 3 rooms already clogged upon our arrival);
toilet boards completely split (see photo) and, which declared only after our access to the rooms : you can not throw toilet paper in the Toilet, because otherwise the "Sanitrit system" becomes clogged and if it happens there is a penalty of 150 € !! practically the used toilet paper must be thrown in a plastic bin .... with all the odors of the case ... (as if we were in a third world country ...).
Also, on the last day we were woken up at 6 am by the cleaning lady (I think) who was tinkering with the bags of dirty laundry that were in our hallway since the moment we arrived.......
Now: no one claims to find a palace for a price of 60 € per night, but at least the essential services (Bathroom) must work.
I do not think we will return to this property, there is definitely worse but even better at the same price !.....

Nice, shame about the staff..
The property is in the center, near the Duomo stop. The room nice, we had a good time. Too bad the cleaning service arrives at 10 split, they open the door without even knocking when they were sleeping or we were in the bathroom. The ladies were annoyed and did not even clean despite still being in the facility.

A perfect rest spot for a short trip to Naples and surroundings!
Studio in a not too busy and convenient area to reach the port and the Metro stop, but also on foot in 15/20 minutes you reach the center.
Room clean and with everything you need.
Friendly Owner and very helpful although we have never seen him in person took care of our stay since before our arrival!
Only flaw the boiler noise (I think) you hear when hot water comes out, which is a bit annoying

A good compromise
Overall a good structure, in the center well connected with public transport to visit all of Naples and very close to the port from which connections to the islands depart. Upon arrival, no one welcomes you, everything is done via messages and access codes. We were also able to leave our luggage on the day of departure and pick it up before our flight. Just a couple of notes: the shower cubicle should be replaced and the toilet should be fixed.
