Style and convenience in wonderful Naples
This is a tastefully designed, quiet and really convenient b and b with just 4 rooms and a breakfast room.Although I would have preferred someone to be on reception in person at least once, the owner is easy to contact on WhatsApp, and despite one mishap with a taxi booking which was resolved, she was very helpful.
The Duomo metro is v close by .
The breakfast is primarily cereal/toast/pastries but on one occasion the breakfast lady (who was there every day cleaning and organising) randomly brought me a scrambled egg, and another morning some v nice herby tomatoes on toast!
It would have been good to have had a decaf option with the coffee machine.
There's a part time concierge on the front entrance to the building, which is shared with other residences, and if the door is closed you get in with a 4 digit code.
For solo travellers or couples wanting something a bit different,with style and convenience it's great!
I plan to return!

Disappointing experience
Unfortunately we were disappointed with the whole experience and definately what we paid for was not worth it.
Other places we stayed at in Europe had service until 6pm, this service was until 1.30 pm, which is ridiculous, therefore no help available at the counter.
We had to leave without breakfast after we had paid for the reservation to include breakfast.
The area was extremely dirty and so confusing on how to enter. Nothing was provided to our travel agent and when we contacted her on the day of arrival, she advised that nothing was sent to them regarding the entrance and instructions.
I would not recommend staying here.

Terrible Stay do not recommend staying at Quatrum Naples
We arrived to a doorway in a neighbourhood of squalor in Naples which we couldn't get into as multiple codes were required, supposedly all our information had been emailed to our travel agent she had not received anything and to this day still hasnt
We could not get in fortunately our driver had the phone number for the property and managed to contact someone as there was no reception and we were given a code via Whats App-to access keys unfortunately another guest had left keys in the door we were trying to re open and after closing the door behind us ,we could not get back in ,we were stuck outside for over 3 hrs and finally we received assistance after texting on Whats App multiple times .
Once we got back inside the rooms were beautifully appointed and obviously recently renovated but i spent the whole night being bitten by mosquitoes and being woken by the loud traffic below our room
We had an early flight the next morning and we asked for breakfast but were told it was not possible to organise this for us
The site also claims a shuttle service to the airport but this only involves calling a taxi for guests and they got that wrong too we were travelling in a group of 4 and asked for a van for all our luggage but on arrival was only big enough for 2 people and luggage ,the taxi driver kindly organised his friend to come and pick up the other 2 passengers
Overall a terrible experience given the amount of money we paid to stay there ( we paid for a Junior Suite) largely because no reception or help available if anything goes wrong and all has to be done via Whats App
I would not recommend this property or stay here again !!The staff were not helpful at all when we needed them

we were quite surprised to read a review that, unfortunately, does not reflect the actual facts.
On the day of the incident, you were locked out not because of any malfunction of the door, but because you had left the key inserted inside the lock, which made it impossible to open from the outside.
There were no other guests involved, as you mentioned in your review — you were the only ones who had used the entrance at that time, so the issue was entirely caused by your own oversight.
Nevertheless, we did our best to assist you: after spending more than half an hour on the phone trying to understand the situation, we promptly called a locksmith to solve the problem — covering the cost ourselves for a damage that was not our responsibility.
Regarding breakfast, as clearly stated at the time of booking, it is served starting from a specific hour. Since you left at 7:30 a.m., it is normal that the service could not be provided earlier.
Finally, we would like to point out that Quatrum is not a hotel, and this is clearly explained on all booking platforms. It is a different kind of accommodation, and guests are always invited to read the description carefully before booking.
Those who prefer the full services of a traditional hotel with 24-hour reception will easily find many options available in Naples.
We understand that the style of the property may not have met your personal preferences, but writing untrue statements to justify a low rating is neither fair nor respectful towards our work and the assistance we provided.

Urban Naples experience
It is a very comfortable place to stay and a great location. The rooms have been decorated to a high standard .
Our room was room 1 and had a lovely balcony .
My one criticism is that it is called a hotel but it has no reception and guests have to navigate everything themselves , including a complicated entrance and access.
I think on-site presence at least for one part of the guest process would make this a much better experience .
The online presence was helpful but in my opinion not enough.

Beyond expectations
Centrally located BB easy to reach for those arriving by train and close to the most interesting places in the city. Breakfast plentiful room spotless great assistance via whatsapp for every need, highly recommended!!!
