Great stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful as I arrived early from Sorrento and they were able to provide me an early check in for an additional charge that was reasonably priced. The front desk was proficient in English which was of great benefit as my use of the Italian language is minimal. The lobby was expansive with couches and chairs to meet up with other traveling family members to relax for them to catch their train across the street. Hotel is very clean and well kept, room was spacious, clean, and had great views. The area is Naples, you get what you get in its surroundings, no better or worse than any area.

Spent one night at the Star Hotels Terminus in Naples, Italy. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. They made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The Naples train station was very convenient. Just across the street from the hotel. The Naples International Airport was about 15-20 minutes away from the hotel. Quick taxi ride.

Superb location, just across the street from the train station. Room had a good view with outdoor space, Vesuvius view, room service food was tasty, and the place was relatively clean. We would consider staying again.

Everything about the hotel is perfect! We stayed at the de luxe room with view of Vesuvius and it was so much better than the photos!
Great selection of breakfast too. Location is central so it’s busy but you have the convenience of the metro.

Nice room on the 5th floor..

Only fault was the breakfast.
Slow at refilling. Never alot left..
