The hotel is ok even if the breakfast was not at high level
The people at reception were very nice and helpful
The location is out of the historic center but it’s very easy with the bus to get there

Very positive experience

We stayed in a very welcoming and clean quadruple room. The structure, in general, looks very good, with minor signs of wear inside the room, but I believe they are normal. The bathroom may be a bit small for four but is functional and equipped with everything necessary. Our room was divided into two areas by a partition and provided with two LCD screens, which is very important for a family with 2 teenagers. Excellent air conditioning and good sound insulation from the outside. The villa has FREE private parking that cannot be reserved; we were able to use it, and it was a real blessing. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the main street, easy to reach by car, and near the main public transport; if you want to walk, it is ideal. Good trattorias or restaurants are just a few minutes away, open for both lunch and dinner.
Adequate breakfast, not excessive but well-stocked, fresh fruit every morning, and good quality pastries and savory items. Very well-maintained garden, open 24 hours, ideal for spending some time chatting or reading before going to bed.
Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is in a quiet area but still fairly accessible.
The room was spacious clean & well equipped.
Davide the manager was very helpful & went above & beyond to get us out of a
logistical problem.

Not what it says on the tin but…

I want to rate this a 3star but there as many things good as there are bad.
The good…for me the location is good, it is just 10mins walk away from the catacombs and a 20min walk to the central area.
Parking for around 6 cars free and street parking there after
Staff are great and friendly
Rooms clean
The bad…
It does need a lick of paint
Do NOT book the romantic room like so many others said it resembles a shed with no power sockets, no safe, no kettle, no wardrobe but has a bath and sauna in your room and a small double bed against the wall. If you took a lady of the night back there she may even leave after the first hour. We upgraded at €65 and had a large double room much better but still needed modernisation
Breakfast - various cakes, wet egg and hotdog and a cereal…coffee was fresh and good
Paint peeling off the walls in communal areas
There are only 2 restaurants in the area, less than 10 mins walk and less bars.
Good public transport is a 10 min walk, metro, to get you into the main area
It’s a little far out but equally quieter from the main hussle. If you are on a budget this is a tick box, if you can’t walk then it’s a no.

Very friendly, clean and perfectly located hotel at a good price. It would good to clearly inform visitors that it is not possible to drive up to the hotel entrance and that parking fee is not included in the price.
