Wonderful!!!!

From 30 December 2025 to 1 January 2026 we were guests of this wonderful structure and we were literally pampered even too much .. wonderful all!!.. The structure with its clean cozy rooms and what about all the staff .. all very professional and welcoming and especially the
Mr. Maurizio at reception .. very kind and very helpful ..
would not recommend the farm (farm) the enchanted hill where we spent New Year's Eve dinner .. a disappointment under
All points of view .. no care of the rooms, very
Spartan .. at the levels of low trattoria .. courses that arrived cold at the tables .. improvised service with various forgetfulness .. portions from starred restaurants but starred did not even have the scent! A year end that we will definitely not forget but not for positivity .. far from it!!

It is not a 4 star.

It does not correspond to a 4 star category; You arrive and find a yard outside without any warning during booking. Room 150 euros with hole in the bathroom door, mold in the bathroom ceiling and the third bed required for my baby was actually a dilapidated armchair bed with two mattresses one on top of the other. It's not a hotel worth what it costs.
Only positive note the front office staff.
Breakfast buffet from three stars.

You can do better

The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly, from the reception to the breakfast attendant, nothing to say.
Regarding the structure, it would have a nice potential but would need a general restyling of both the common areas and the rooms rather dated in the furniture as well as the small TV with the external decoder for digital terrestrial with the scart socket (!?!???)
Improved sleep quality, poor soundproofing of the room.
Breakfast not in line with 4 stars
In general the whole structure in my opinion is not up to the 4 stars awarded, it could be a decent 3 stars.

A bit dated, but well maintained!

Structure not new, but well maintained. Large, cozy rooms, I would pay a little extra attention to cleanliness because in ours there was obvious smoke smell. Staff extremely courteous and helpful.
Breakfast for all palates and plentiful.
Complete the whole location, a few minutes from the wonderful Narni, easily accessible and the pool that we did not use, but only because of bad weather!

A little disappointing

He doesn't deserve the stars he has. Small room, bathroom with a slightly disturbing smell, slow shower drain, small screen television. Discreet cleaning although in several "difficult" places there is no lack of dust. A little lost in thin air. Good parking, friendly staff. Standard breakfast, not very neat. In my opinion value for money, poor.
