Never disappoints!

Visited Hotel Adler four times during our recent cross-country ski holiday in the area. Very friendly and professional service for formal and informal dining. Great seasonal/local menu selection, especially for veal, lamb, venison and beef, and huge wine list - for all tastes and purses! Hearty and always delicious - the liver is wonderful and the breadsticks amazing and moreish. Beautiful wooden dining rooms. Highly recommend even for popping in for an Aperol and strudel. Substantial lunch/dinner with aperitif, three courses, bottle of wine and coffee for two around 200 euro. We have also been very happy with smaller meals of pasta, risotto and salads.

Magnificent

We are leaving tomorrow; this year too we stayed at this splendid hotel where we already stayed 2 years ago. It always remains welcoming in the suites and throughout the hotel. Very attentive in the choice of the menu. I will dedicate a few more words to Vittorio, professionally prepared with deep experience in the performance of his work, attentive to every request, especially for my son. I can say thank you to him, to the entire staff, and especially to Mr. Cristian.

Spectacular and exceeds all expectations

This absolute gem of a hotel in the Dolomites was superb in every way - the bedrooms spacious and luxurious, the public rooms and bars inside and out, were exellent and the food in every restaurant was gastronomic !
The wonderful pool and spa was a perfect way to relax after a day out walking.
All the staff too were so helpful, pleasant and really cared that you had the most enjoyable time.
This hotel surpasses all expectations !!

Great relaxing holiday

We have accommodation twice in this hotel. Very nice and spacious rooms, great food, very clean and the staff super nice and helpful.
Highly recommended!
We will definitely be back.
