Always the TOP

I have lost count of the times we have stayed at this wonderful historic hotel. I think it's the sixth year in a row. Time goes by but the standard is always very high and I believe that while we can villabassa and the Emma hotel will be our favorite destination. The quality of the rest, the typical rooms of the place, the typical dishes, the services offered, the kindness and availability of Daniel and Mrs. Brigitte, make it a unique place. If I always come back here with the family (in-laws and brothers-in-law) I think there will be a reason.

Like at home

Feel at home! A beautiful place, simple, genuine, natural, historic. It has everything you need to feel good, without being an extra luxury hotel. Some rooms are a bit small, but comfortable, warm, comfortable beds, adequate bathrooms with everything you need. The food is great, breakfast and dinner, plentiful and always fresh. The bar with a vintage touch, throws you into another era, is a historic hotel and so it feels... in history! Exceptional staff, Daniel a true gentleman of the past!

Winning formula

Emma is a hotel we have known for a long time, but every time it is a surprise. We chose a simple, unpretentious room (Daniela), but the comfort, cleanliness, detail (there is a well-sized shower room), the characteristic decor make this room a distinctive element. If we then add excellent cuisine - with hearty dishes and good choice -, the sauna - which refreshes after a day spent outdoors with winter temperatures -, the kindness and smile of the staff, we can say that the formula is winning! The hotel is located in a strategic position to reach the various locations of the Puster Valley. We are happy, tomorrow we will leave and for us staying in this area means looking for a room in this hotel!

Characteristic structure where the kindness and care for guests excel. If you are looking for a hotel with a swimming pool, massages, conference centre and gym, this is not for you. And no, there is no elevator because you are in a building that is about 5 centuries old. On the other hand, there are only two plans. If you “settle” for excellent cuisine (really good), fast, attentive and helpful Service, even for children a little ‘lively, a very rich breakfast buffet, with cakes, yeasts, homemade jams, sausages and cheeses from the area, rooms always very clean, the smiles of the staff, the peace of the living room on the first floor, the sauna and a hotel in the center of the country ... well, book no!? It is also convenient.
