Lovely traditional place to base yourself to explore the area

Stayed 6 nights to explore this area of Sicily and have a few beach days.
The restaurants are all within walking distance - very well served with cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets.
We had a 2 level apartment facing the garden - used for breakfast. All very lovely and Sicilian. We were 3 but four would be very easily accommodated.
The property is a very large ‘Noto Palace’ adapted for its current purpose. The original grandeur remains giving a lovely traditional family feel.
The owner showed us around the main property - which is large enough to retain the main rooms as they were used by previous generations. So do take the tour.
Parking is on street. We often got a space within 20m but always managed to park in ‘drive in and out’ spaces in nearby roads, less than 3mins walk to property. Property is on a one way street and locals were patient when we put hazards on to load and unload the car before driving away to find a spot.

Fantastic location a stone's throw from the center with parking available. Very beautiful and unique historic structure.
The owner is very present (sometimes even too intrusive) and kind. Room: wonderful period floors and furnishings, but very dark (the entrance French door is the only light source) and the small, dated bathroom needs to be redone (e.g., shower with mold). The breakfast that is so highly praised was a disappointment; served in a beautiful garden, but with mediocre products and little choice, packaged fruit juices, poor quality savory and baked goods...it disappointed my expectations.

What an amazing place full of history. The owner was so welcoming and helpful as were all the staff. A personal tour of the Palazzo with the family history proudly laid out Worth a stay just for that. The breakfast in the garden was great really good choice and attentive service from the staff. Good coffee and tasty options for all. The room was well equipped and the WiFi the best best and fastest we have had in all our stays in Sicily. Parking in June was no problem and relatively easy to find on the local streets.

A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel! What lovely staff and hospitality.
The garden, was spectacular at night time with a glass of Prosecco.
The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled.
I would return to Noto tomorrow, mostly to say hello to him and see this beautiful home.

Great, nothing more.

Short hit and run holiday in Noto, after searching the internet we find this b & b that already appears on paper of a decidedly good level. As soon as we arrived we immediately confirmed the exceptionality of the b & b that excels in everything: location (a stone's throw from the center), possibility of free street parking, large room accessed from a garden and wonderful breakfast.
