Setting from another era, beautiful atmosphere, helpfulness of the owner...

Surprised to have found a nice place in the center, well-positioned logistically, typical of other times. Dated settings, which could also be upgraded... but
overall more than acceptable! Breakfast and dinner out, obviously (there is no shortage of places!). The free on-site parking and the exceptional helpfulness of the owner were appreciated. Had a nice room, spacious and comfortable. The photos speak for themselves!

That's bad. Room full of humidity

Rising humidity everywhere. Sheets almost wet from damp. to the ground floor room. Awakening full of mucus. Radiators left closed.

A nice poorly maintained place

A jewel of a place unfortunately poorly maintained. We came for a concert in Milan. We were given the attic, but not even after 10 minutes had broken a leg of the bed and we realized that the bidet was shaky. We were then given the following day a room whose bathroom bordered an opening with the 'adjoining apartment. Towels were brought to the room at 1 am at our request. Too bad about the management, because the place externally is a charm. Just enough cleaning.

We expected better comfort

Positive aspects: Very convenient parking inside the court
Girl who checked us in very nice and helpful
Cons: the room upstairs, the attic room is uncomfortable and not very usable.
There was a very unpleasant bad smell.

EXCELLENT location 20 minutes from the center of Milan

B & B recommended by friends, is located in a beautiful courtyard of the old Novate 5 minutes walk from the station and the town center.
we were allocated a very cozy and clean attic room, large enough for three people.
The owner (who lives in the court itself) was very kind and made himself available for any problem and / or request, but we did not need it.
recommended!
