Clean and new, studied in detail
Really nice residence, new and very clean. Only negative note the table in the kitchen very high and the chairs too high and uncomfortable, hangings too high .. luck that my partner came to get the dishes. Could have used a microwave, too. Cute adjacent garden with table and chairs, and much appreciated the kit for washing dishes, and also the bathroom kit. Everything studied very well in detail. Convenient location but we having a newborn baby and stroller still had to take the car to go to the beach. No parking problems being now end of season. I would definitely stay there again.

Cute but in need of improvement
Location unfortunately a bit uncomfortable for the beach and for the residence. The apartment is nice, well furnished, clean and with all amenities.
We did not like that the pool, although always made of white stone was not included for guests of the residence. Given the cost we expected a slightly better treatment.

MISLEADING ADVERTISING - Bad customer care!
Unfortunately the reception was not positive.
Although the property states that toilet paper and kitchen utensils are included in the price, this is not true.
There is no corkscrew, no wine glasses, no tablecloth (elements that are present in the photos of the apartment).
In addition, there are two rolls of toilet paper for an apartment of 4 people, and upon our request to have two spare as we stay at the property for the whole week we were clearly told that there are only two rolls per accommodation for the whole week.
Similar speech for wine glasses, our request to have two wine glasses (also leaving a deposit) was answered negatively as the request is contrary to the rules of the structure. Regulation that is obviously not available to the customer.
On the site it is not indicated anywhere that the photos are purely indicative, therefore if certain accessories are indicated in the photos I expect to find such accessories inside the apartment (tablecloth, glasses, etc ..).
We are talking about misleading advertising and disrespect for the customer.
I agree that photos for a marketing matter are always taken care of, but if in the list of services are indicated such services must also be present.
I will not recommend such an experience to anyone, customer care in my opinion should go beyond any regulations. Especially if the customer's request was simply to have two rolls of toilet paper and two wine glasses. No impossible request was made!
The only positive aspect was Victoria's professionalism in handling the situation and explaining (the absurd) policy of the facility.

ON HOLIDAY WITH THE ANTS
In 2022 we stayed in this residence in apartment N° 109 and had a great time.
Perfect holiday.
This year we returned for a week at the end of July.
As soon as we arrive, we enter apartment No. 4, and find ants at the edge of the table inside the apartment (see photo). I immediately called the reception, and they replied that given the time (Sunday 23 July around 5.30 pm) they had no one to send. The next morning I found an ant poison outside the apartment which I had to spray myself. In the following days the situation did not improve. I noticed that ants were coming in and out of some holes in the wall.
At that point I wrote an email with the photos. The response was ".....Good evening,
as anticipated on the phone, we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible, thank you for reporting it
Best regards ..."
No longer seen or heard from and the holiday ended with the faithful companions.
When I went to check out I was exposed again to the problem I had during the holiday.
They were able to just say sorry and will be contacted by the manager. Never heard of it, still waiting.
I believe that there can always be unexpected events, but Pietra Bianca, in this case, did not want and was unable to manage them.
I will never return to this residence again. And for those who go there, bring an ant killer.
