Always beautiful

We have been guests at the Moars’s Hotel for several winters.
Very positive are the conversions in modern Alpine style. Our room was a nice size, bright and friendly and were lovingly cleaned daily.
After a nice day of skiing you can relax in the wellness area and then enjoy the culinary “delicacies” to the fullest, simply a treat!
The team is very friendly and attentive.
Everything was for us again - perfect -

Motorcycle Vacation 2025

Tasty hotel, fantastic food morning and evening. Really nice area with lots of mountain pass when you drive a motorcycle. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So it wasn't the last time we were there. Mm. Mai-Britt and Brian Marcher. Denmark. See you again Caio.

A pleasant discovery

3-star Superior hotel with 4-star service.
Structure recently renovated, clean and welcoming. Superior and Deluxe category rooms really very nice and comfortable; extremely available staff for all our needs.
Buffet breakfast of European type with plenty of choice between sweet and savory; in the half board package dinner with dishes prepared to perfection and with a buffet of cooked and raw vegetables very wide.
Beautiful pool and sauna area, with Finnish sauna and Turkish bath.
Really very pleased with the stay.

Cancelled trip due to illness

Are you kidding us with your question? Didn't they tell us that we couldn't go on our long-awaited winter holiday? We unfortunately had to cancel at short notice due to unforeseen illness with surgery. We have not received any accommodation from the hotel regarding refund of the travel price or postponement of the holiday. Despite our request for a holiday postponement (not cancellation) was no accommodation whatsoever! On the contrary, a so-called defensive offer was made by the hotel with additional costs for the rebooking and further costs, because the possible dates mentioned by the hotel would have fallen into a different season. But these did not fit into our holiday planning. Thus, we only had the cancellation left and we remain sitting on our rice price fully paid in advance since November 2925. Very disappointing, we will never pick this place again in our lives!

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, auch wenn wir die daraus resultierende Bewertung sehr bedauern – insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund, dass Sie nie persönlich Gast in unserem Haus waren.
Wir möchten den Sachverhalt hier kurz objektiv darstellen:
Sie haben sich bewusst für eine preislich vergünstigte, nicht stornierbare Rate entschieden. Bei dieser Buchungsoption wird explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass der Gesamtbetrag im Voraus fällig ist und im Falle einer Absage keine Erstattung erfolgt.
Trotz dieser klaren Vereinbarung haben wir Ihnen angeboten, den Aufenthalt zu verschieben. Dass hierbei in der Hauptsaison (im Vergleich zur ursprünglich gebuchten Nebensaison) eine Preisdifferenz entsteht, ist branchenüblich und unvermeidbar. Zu Ihrem neu angefragten Wunschtermin sind wir leider bereits seit langem restlos ausgebucht.
Damit Ihnen kein finanzieller Schaden entsteht, haben wir Ihnen umgehend alle notwendigen Unterlagen für Ihre Reiserücktrittsversicherung zukommen lassen.
Es ist für uns nur schwer nachvollziehbar, dass wir für die Einhaltung vertraglicher Buchungsbedingungen zu einem von Ihnen selbst gewählten Sondertarifs zu dieser negativen Einschätzung geführt haben, obwohl wir uns um kulante Lösungen bemüht haben.
Wir finden es gegenüber unserem Team und unserer Leistung unfair, Frust über eine eigene Entscheidung oder verpasste Termine in Form einer Rufschädigung an uns auszulassen. Eine faire Bewertung sollte die tatsächliche Hotelleistung widerspiegeln – die Sie jedoch nie in Anspruch genommen haben.
