Nice stay
I stayed for 2 nights in a large room with an ensuite bathroom. The room was nicely decorated and was clean. It's in a really good location being only about 1 minutes walk from the train station and only a few minutes to the bus, plus it's on the main corso. Checking in was a little difficult but fortunately for me another guest arrived at the same time and she was able to contact the owner. My major negative was not being able to leave your bags there after checkout as I had a ferry that I was catching that night and no really accurate information was available regarding where there was luggage storage.

Cockroaches and lousy service
The building is riddled with cockroaches, both inside the room (although the owner denies it) and outside. The rooms are spacious but the smell is very unpleasant.
Upon arrival at B&B we found cockroaches in the bathroom. We communicated it to the landlord and she denied it and said she had no record of any cockroaches in the building. After insisting he provided us with a choice he describes as superior, a smaller room and with less ventilation. The same day a few hours later we found more than 10 cockroaches at the entrance of the building and down the stairs to reach the accommodation and another class insects in the “superior” room. Having to climb stairs jumping cockroaches is not nice. Finally, thanks to Booking’s intervention we were able to get a refund as we left the B&B immediately. It is not advisable to sleep in an unsanitary place full of parasites.

good choice!
I stayed here for just one night as I was passing through and I would say the location was excellent, in the middle of the main street of Olbia. friendly and helpful staff. everything is clean and tidy. The parking is municipal on the street so you have to walk but it's a pleasant walk!

Nice location
Great location and Olbia is lovely, but we were a little surprised that for our room the bathroom was across a corridor- these rooms should usually be cheaper but ours was not. The room itself was nice with good air conditioning. We would suggest having some water glasses left in the room. It is more of a rented room rather than a B&B. Check out very early at 10am, but no where for us to leave our bags whilst we explored the town in the morning!

Booked with Bookings.com and the description given by them did not match what was on offer
Rang owner previous day to ensure that all our requests would be met including an internal bathroom, they assured us everything would be OK and also pick a room which we did. We were also advised that someone would be available to open the door if we arrived early. They failed on all counts, external bathroom and no one available to let us in. Found out the person that was to let us in worked across the road but couldn't be bothered to walk over, spotted her several times standing on the path dragging on a fag. Spent 2 hours on the pavement outside the building in the forlorn hope someone would let us in. However it would not have been a problem if Bookings.com description was more accurate. This is the second time this has happened in the last couple of weeks
