80s style hotel
Excellent service. The girls at the reception were very kind and very helpful. Excellent breakfast; the rooms were a bit small for 3, but cozy and clean.
I asked for chia seeds to soak for the next day and they were very kind and helpful.
We asked for a double pillow and to lower the room temperature, and, in all this, they reconfirmed their kindness and helpfulness.
I recommend it.

A perfect vacation for the whole family! The hotel is child-friendly while maintaining style and comfort. The staff was always available and welcoming. The facility is clean and well-organized. Conveniently located for reaching Malpensa Airport and the center of Oleggio. Highly recommended for those traveling with children!

Recommended establishment
I spent a night in this establishment as a work stopover, and my experience was excellent. The breakfast is excellent, rich, and very varied. A strong point is definitely the staff: extremely kind and helpful in meeting my requests. I highly recommend it.

Disappointing experience as an airport hotel
We chose this hotel for a one-night stay during a layover at Malpensa Airport. We were travelling as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children).
First, the listing states that the hotel is only 6 km from Malpensa Airport. This is inaccurate. The actual distance is around 14 km and takes approximately 18 minutes by car. Taxi fares were between €45–55 each way, which is a significant extra cost when choosing an airport hotel.
The listing also states that an airport shuttle service is available. Unfortunately, this is not the case. No shuttle service was offered, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.
Our flight was delayed and we arrived after reception had closed. For an airport hotel, this is a serious issue. We were not provided with any access code, key box information, or alternative way to enter the hotel after hours. As a result, we were left outside the hotel overnight waiting for staff to arrive in the morning.
There is an emergency phone number posted on the door, but despite repeated attempts, nobody answered. There is also very little nearby in terms of services or alternative accommodation, making the situation even more difficult.
Fortunately, some guests checked out around 5:00 a.m., allowing us to get inside the building and wait there until the first staff member arrived at approximately 6:00 a.m.
As for the hotel itself, it seems perfectly adequate. It is somewhat dated but appears comfortable

A great place to rest before travel. Beds were good. Lobby/breakfast area was nice. Breakfast was good too. Altogether a nice place to stay for the price.
