Lovely hotel. Very clean and helpful staff. Only point is you will need a car as will be difficult without to visit Milan and other places.

Mattia and Alessia were fabulous. They made our stay so comfortable and memorable. A beautiful assest to the hotel.
Fabiana, the hotel manager solved several issues problems we had so professionally and made our problems go away!!!
Heads up! Fantastic place, food ambience - need I say more!!!

Really good and nice place and value for money ! I loved that the car is parked privately right at the door / entrance of the room. It makes it so easy specially when staying just for the night . Double floor room with a lot of space and very clean. Also very welcoming staff .

This is by far the strangest hotel I've ever experienced. It's all concept but no real philosophy or consciousness in the execution. It's located in the middle of an industrial wasteland about 10km away, or a 18 min drive, from the airport. The spa baths and jacuzzi jets were lukewarm at best and shot cold water. The hot cold treatments seemed to only partially be operational. The faux-marble veneer on the reception desk was chipped, revealing cheap plaster. The art was often reproductions and bizarre. The rooms had complex panels of incomprehensible symbols which we could not understand what they were supposed to control. The food in the restaurant came to the table cold and the wait-staff made "are you crazy" faces when it was brought to their attention, although perhaps there were language barriers at play. The advertised shuttle to and from the airport is non-existent. You will have to scheudle and take a taxi. It's as if the owners are aliens from outer-space who have seen Star Trek and assume that is what life on Earth must be like, but do not understand what the humans need or want at all. But to their credit, the mattress at least was firm and not lumpy. It served it's function for a place to crash for an afternoon and overnight before we headed out in the early morning.

I was very disappointed with this stay. We have been traveling all over Italy and Spain for a month and this was one I will remember.
We had a problem with our car rental and had the day from hell. We checked In late as had dinner locally. At check in no one was at the desk, I had to ring the bell and wait a while.
I realized i only had my passport (my name on the booking) and he basically threw the passport back at me and said Thank you!. (A little rude).
Check in was not great.
We then get to the room and it’s so hot. We put the air con on. We got to bed thinking it would cool down. We were exhausted.
I woke up at 2am boiling hot with my 2 yr old sweating badly. I felt like I was hallucinating. We checked the air and it was on its coldest
I wet face towels to use on our faces as we were all so distressed. We had an awful night.
We went down to breakfast at 9.45am, the team were aggressively packing everything away. No glasses for water or juice. They took all the muffins (I have kids that would have loved them) and looked cross at us. Breakfast was on till 10am. I legit approached the ham and cheese and the woman got there at the same time as me and snatched the utensils away.
It felt excessive and we all were very uncomfortable.
I checked out and the front desk staff asked how the stair was and I said I’d had a horrible night sleep and it was excessively hot in the apartment. She said you should’ve contacted us as we can change it from the front desk. 27degrees
