Perfect.

Everything's great. Every course was perfect and the place is located in a really nice setting. The staff is friendly and smiling. Absolutely recommend. Hard to find places like this.

Anonymous and all in all expensive "papillary" experience

The place? Absolutely nothing to complain about, nice building and beautiful view halfway between the upper part of Orte and the highway. The restaurant? The appearance is inviting and the owner very kind, even patient in explaining the dishes. But let's cut to the chase. An anonymous and skimpy appetizer, it could have been more satisfying at least in the view (it lacks the photo but the hunger was so much). Two first courses of good flavor but according to the canons of Nouvelle cuisine to "quantity". A second course that I leave to you to judge from the photo. Pleasant desserts. The slightly high bill in my opinion that makes the difference in customer selection.

A close to perfect stopover spot between Rome and Tuscany.

A real hidden treasure, and the best imaginable overnight stop between Rome and Tuscany. I was a bit concerned by its location as its very close to the A1 motorway, but once on the property you would never guess you were remotely close to a highway - the place is quiet, peaceful, rooms beautifully designed and the gardens very nicely laid out - actually quite idyllic. To top it off a great breakfast and a lovely and helpful hostess (Christine). Double thumbs up recommendation for this place.

Wonderful but short stay

We had a wonderful one night stay at this beautiful property.
Maria is an excellent hostess. She picked us up from the train station and drove us personally to the accomodation.
When we got there she showed us our room, which was very spacious and clean - perfect really. Afterwards she made us dinner, very nice cold plates including bruschettas and cold cuts of meat and cheese.
Excellent breakfast in the morning, made by Maria and her husband.
The only thing I regret is not having more time there - we will definitely be back and stay for a new days.

A place simply unique for the beauty, kindness and Quality of food. Green around and all manicured. A spotless pool, a room with all the comforts and a wonderful place to relax. Always going back!
