Reception of other times

I state that the vote is mainly due to the comfortable environment and the truly high level of hospitality. The owner is very kind and helpful to give you the best directions to visit the city. The house is an old villa full of antiques, almost a museum, so impossible not to find some dust but it is the charm of sleeping in history. A few kilometers from the center is worth a try.

Stay as far away as possible!

Not sure what happened to this place- saw all the stellar reviews so had high expectations but this was the WORST lodging experience I have ever had. The room was filthy, with thick dust on every surface and spider webs in the shower. The gate did not work, no one offered to help me with toting my bags up the steps, there was an old musty smell to the house and no other guests! That should have been a sign. I left as early the next morning as possible ( having arrived in my room late at night so had no other recourse) and warned them I would wrote this review to protect other travelers! After many calls to booking.com ( do not believe their claim that they are available 24/7 as it is untrue!) I got a fill refund.

Beautiful and Welcoming Villa Leonati

Wonderful, unique find, exactly as it appears in the photos, a calm, peaceful villa that was a pleasure to visit. It is a little outside the centre but only 10 minutes by tram
from the nearby stop. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable.
The host, Settimo, was always available, in the mornings to welcome us for breakfast or in the evenings for a chat. We so appreciated his kindness and willingness to tell us stories about some of the art he acquired. Excellent and we hope to return next time we're in Veneto.

Unique Italian Experience

This is a unique Italian experience. The home is full of art and books and art deco glass chandeliers. The garden is beautiful. Settimo our host was great, giving us a ride into the center of town when we could not get a cab to answer on a busy Saturday night, he also took us to the train station when we departed. Breakfast included eggs to order, pastries and toast, lots of fruit, oranges to squeeze and make OJ. And a nice pot of coffee. He and his family were very accommodating.
The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean. The Villa is set on the outskirts of town so without a car you need to taxi into town or walk about a mile to the tram to get into the center of Padua. The Scrovegni chapel is not to be missed. I noticed there have not been reviews since Covid so I am giving an update. If you like the unusual this is your place. A stay works without a car, if you are ok taking taxi or tram. But a car makes it very easy

A beautiful walk down memory lane

We had a great stay with the pleasant company of the host.
It is a particular place full of precious objects that are the memories of a lifetime.
It is a very special and pleasant experience that we certainly recommend
