Completely needs to be reviewed
Unfortunately, the hotel has many flaws, outdated in every area, very basic rooms with little ants here and there. There was no minibar, the elevator was very slow and located in a rather gloomy hallway, and there was some unsightly oxidation in the bathroom.
The floors are a mix of Carrara marble and completely worn laminate.

Extremely dirty, bordering on a hygiene risk.
The only positive point is the location.
Bed with dirty sheets, dirty floor, in the bathroom the sink faucet was dirty with toothpaste and the mirror was dirty with steam from the previous use of the room, the air conditioner will emit black dust due to the lack of cleaning of the filters, posing high health risks. I definitely will not return.

It doesn't matter to us if you don't come back.
The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the center, and the receptionist Pamela was lovely. Here end the positive aspects.
Upon arrival at the reception, we were welcomed and asked for an advance CASH payment due to a lack of connection. After some phone inquiries made by the young receptionists, we were granted access to the room after refusing the offer of an instant bank transfer as an alternative to cash.
Upon entering the room, black fragments fell from the air conditioner when it was turned on. We turned it off and never turned it back on to avoid viruses from evidently dirty filters.
We had requested a double room with twin beds, but we were given a quadruple room with one double bed and two bunk beds.
In the room, there was not even a chair, only three hangers, which were promptly provided by Pamela.
The shower is visibly outdated and poorly cleaned and maintained.
The next morning, the toilet flush was not working, but it was promptly fixed within 15 minutes.
In the evening, the hairdryer sparked and did not turn on; it was promptly provided by Pamela.
Basic breakfast, and I found milk stains from my cup on the placemat the next morning, and also the following day, and even on the third day when I left. The woman we later discovered to be in charge of breakfast was a woman we found comfortably seated on the couch, and at the time of our checkout, she felt she could get up to ask what had gone wrong, displaying an arrogant approach that no one working in public service should have, and once silenced by our complaints, she remarked, "Well, if you don't come back, we don't care at all."
It is evident that the establishment is managed by a careless management, but combining that with rude staff like the breakfast lady made the stay unacceptable.

Terrible.
We stayed at 38 Aira Hotels, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience, absolutely to forget.
During the night, we found a bug in the bed of the master bedroom. After reporting it, we were told that there were no other rooms available and we were moved to one of their properties behind the station, practically a pied-à-terre.
Even from the outside, the building appeared dilapidated and uninviting, but the host assured us that it would be completely different inside. They assigned us two rooms. The larger one, chosen because we were traveling with a small child, initially seemed nice, with a hot tub, shower, and sauna. Unfortunately, as soon as we checked more closely, we found the child's crib with dirty sheets, as if someone had climbed in with their shoes. The double bed was full of hair, and the room was filled with dust, lint, and more hair everywhere. In the bathroom, the sink was dirty, and the trash can still had the garbage from previous guests.
After our complaints, they changed our room, but upon opening the bed, we even found urine stains on the sheets. When calling the manager, the response was: "It can happen."
It was already 2:30 AM, we were tired and with a small child. The only solution proposed was to return to the first room, but they only provided us with clean sheets for the double bed. We had to go ourselves to get them at the other hotel and return alone to that unsafe area, among questionable people.
As if that weren't enough, the sheets were also the wrong size (a double and a half), so we were forced to sleep with beach towels underneath to manage the bed.
During the night, someone even tried to enter the building: we could clearly hear kicks at the door and attempts to force it open. Fortunately, the main door was reinforced and there was also a bolt on the inside.
Paying €100 per couple to experience such a situation is absurd. A nightmare night that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

More than a negative experience.
More than a disappointing experience.
The only positive thing, truly the only one about this hotel, is the central location, convenient for visiting Palermo on foot. For the rest, the structure is more than neglected and completely different from how it appears in the photos.
Old rooms, poorly maintained, and with obvious maintenance issues. Cleanliness was almost nonexistent, with dust on all surfaces, unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom, which had visible mold stains on the walls and dated furnishings. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the sheets had tears.
Even the breakfast was a great disappointment: little choice and very poor quality of products. The elevator gave a sense of insecurity, and the overall entrance of the hotel is not welcoming at all.
Absolutely inadequate value for money for the services offered. I do not recommend it at all, especially to those seeking a minimum of comfort and cleanliness during their stay.
