Very nice hotel.
The hotel is very good.
Great room. However, the shower cabin is small.
The reception staff is very smiling, friendly, professional and welcoming.
Bravo, gentlemen.
Breakfast is good too.
On the other hand at night the Italian customers who arrive late make a lot of noises in the corridors, talk very loudly and laughing without worrying about the other customers who sleep.
It's disrespectful.

We stayed for four nights and booked three rooms for our family, including elderly parents and children.
The breakfast had very limited choices, and food was refilled very slowly. The staff were not friendly or helpful. The bacon was undercooked, and when I reported it, they acted as if nothing was wrong. The ham tasted sour, and although they replaced it, the second serving was also sour. It was only two days later that the ham tasted fresh again.
The swimming pool was dirty, and it did not appear to be cleaned or checked regularly. The gym had no air conditioning or even a fan, despite temperatures reaching around 40°C in July and August. There was also no drinking water provided in the gym.
One night, the guest in the room next to us was extremely drunk and made loud noise until around 2:00 a.m. We complained several times, but no staff came to deal with the situation until very late. As we were travelling with elderly family members and children, this was completely unacceptable. We asked to change rooms, but the hotel refused to move us. We only got a quiet night after that guest checked out the following morning.
The hotel is also in a very inconvenient location if you don’t have a car. Even if you do drive, the road leading to the hotel is narrow and feels quite dangerous.
Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations. Poor service, poor hygiene, and poor management made our family holiday very disappointing. I would not recommend staying

The down side was the location it proved very costly to get taxis. There was a shuttle that was brilliant but left the city at 5.30 pm so if you were out later the taxi was 40+€

Very nice hotel, somewhat remote.
The breakfast is really good by Italian standards. Since we had good weather, we were also able to have breakfast on the terrace. We also ate at the restaurant several times. The food was very delicious.
The hotel is somewhat remote. However, since we had a car, it was not a problem.
We would stay at Hotel Bel 3 again anytime.
