Experience in Palermo.

Stayed for three nights welcomed by Mrs. Valeria the owner immediately nice and helpful gave information about the city advising me where to dine and a map of the city with suggestions of places to visit.
Spacious and clean room breakfasts with fresh local produce and a variety of pastries including cannoli and croissants with ricotta juices etc.
Location in a few minutes in the center and convenient parking for a fee at € 1 per hour.
I highly recommend the Palermo are friendly and helpful to animal friends "there is no stray"

Structure booked by friends.
Given the result, we will no longer be booking them for us.

Disappointing

The stay was disappointing. Spacious room but in need of modernization, bathroom without toilet paper holder, clogged shower head, half-broken toilet cup.
Skimpy breakfast and all packaged products and only sweets.
The owner has never shown up payment only in cash without a receipt.

Mrs. Valeria is not at all competent in customer management.
From the photos there is an idea of a room that does not correspond to reality
Rooms falling apart, air conditioner malfunctioning, bad breakfast, with little choice.
It is all to be restored, I do not recommend it at all!
Payment strictly in cash without receipt.

Negative

Nice apartment and quite clean but you suffer from the heat since the air conditioning is weak. In the kitchen and common areas, you choke.
Breakfast less than basic , considering the discount tart and absence of low-fat yogurt for those who follow the sports diet . Central area but quite degraded. Parking is easy and for a fee. They did not accept payment of the tourist tax of 4 euros each by ATM (legally provided) forcing us to look for coins because they did not even have change. I also specify that on the Internet it appears that the tourist tax should be 1.5 / 2 per day for b & b. Maybe that's why they don't accept traceable payments.... in short, I don't recommend it!
