Great location but the real find was Nymph, a welcoming and accommodating hostess. She managed to come up against me in a difficult situation. Structure to be modernized but functional

Beautiful location

Structure in the historic center of Palermo close to all major activities, restaurants, promenade and shopping street the reception was fantastic the lady very helpful in giving me all the directions to visit the places of major tourist interest I will definitely return I enjoyed everything even the very spacious and clean rooms I will definitely return.

Perfect location

Ms. Ninfa was very kind and very correct in the instructions and directions. The room is perfect for a short break in Palermo. Highly recommended

Below expectations

We just returned from Palermo and stayed a week at this b&b. Experience not too positive as all the services that the structure inserts in those available are not true: the washing machine is not there, the linen does not change it (after 3 days we had to request the change of towels and we were also told that it was too early?!?), the room never redone and especially breakfast was not available in the structure but you had to go out, reach a bar along the way and with a voucher you could only take a cappuccino and a croissant. Well, breakfast if it is included in the services at least must be done comfortably in the structure and there must be a wide choice of products. Honestly, we are very disappointed.

siamo davvero sorpresi dal suo commento, perché quanto descritto non corrisponde in alcun modo ai servizi e alla gestione della nostra struttura. La colazione viene regolarmente servita in sede oppure nel nostro bar che si trova sotto la struttura con un’ampia scelta, offriamo sempre il cambio biancheria su richiesta e la pulizia delle camere è una nostra priorità quotidiana. Inoltre, la lavatrice non è mai stata indicata tra i servizi a disposizione degli ospiti. Ma se richiesta non editiamo a farla utilizzare come può leggere nelle altre recensioni
Siamo certi che ci sia stato un errore di struttura: le invitiamo a verificare nuovamente il nome del B&B, perché ciò che scrive non può riferirsi a noi.

Comfortable and clean

I stayed at B&B Nuovo Cortile during a short holiday in Palermo and I couldn't make a better choice!
The property is cared for in every detail, clean, cozy and located in a perfect location to visit the city on foot.
The room was comfortable, quiet and tastefully decorated, with everything you need to feel comfortable.
Every morning, breakfast was a cuddle: fresh, genuine products and served with a kindness that makes you start the day with a smile.
Special thanks to the owners, always present discreetly, ready to recommend itineraries, restaurants and authentic corners of the beautiful Palermo.
I highly recommend Nuovo Cortile to those looking for a quiet, elegant stay full of human warmth.
I will definitely come back has become my point of reference in Palermo!
