Great accommodation

10 minutes walk from the center. Possibility to park at Kennedy car park for a fee, very close to the B&b. You enter the building with a code sent by the owner and you will find the keys inside the room. On the ground floor there is a self-service breakfast room. On the top floor a common terrace. The building is tastefully renovated with modern furnishings. The room is very clean, simple, but equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend it. Cristina and Gianni.

Bed&Breakfast without breakfast

The B&B, on the website, indicates the possibility of having breakfast, complete with images of the breakfasts served: after the first contacts (and with identity documents already provided) the owner writes to me that breakfast is not served, but only teas are available. and coffee pods. And so it was.Stop. In my opinion, it would be more correct to declare it prominently on the site and remove the images of a breakfast that isn't there from the site.
During the 3 days of my stay I never saw the owner (communication only via wapp), who however wanted to be paid only in contacts, delivered to the cleaning lady. I had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish her work commitments to find me at the B&B and pay in cash. It seems to me that in 2023 we can foresee at least easier forms of payment for the guest.
I would add that no blankets are available in the room (in October) nor on the bed, nor on the wardrobe. The owner asked me via wapp if I needed it...
I therefore believe that Parma, in terms of hospitality, can offer better services.

Convenient & comfortable

B&B Annabella was the base for a long weekend in Parma. Perfectly located about 10 mins walk from centre & train station. Room was comfortable & clean & breakfast more than ample with cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit & pastries. It was lovely to enjoy the sunset on the little roof terrace. I hope we will be able to return soon. Grazie Annabella - alla prossima volta!

speculare sull'euro

Premesso chè il B&b è non è male , ciò non toglie che il comportamento della proprietaria si è dimostrato assai discutibile. Dopo due giorni dall'arrivo ( avvenuto di sabato) le chiedo se è possibile cambiare l'asciugamano grande per la doccia in quanto tornavamo dall'aver corso la maratona. Ebbene , la risposta è stata questa: gliele cambio al prezzo di un euro ad asciugamano, il cambio si fa dopo tre giorni. Io ho rifiutato e non ho visto il cambio nemmeno per il martedì giorno della partenza .
Aggiungo inoltre che i materassi andrebbero cambiati in entrambe le stanze utilizzate perchè affossati per metà.
Concludo con un quesito: perchè la colazione non viene servita con la scusa del covid e contemporaneamente si trovano ,per la macchinetta del caffe' , bicchieri e tazze in vetro o ceramica e non monouso ? Boh!!

Ottimo

Mi appoggio spesso a questa struttura per pernottare a Parma. Annabella è una persona squisita molto accogliente che ha arredato con ottimo gusto tutte le camere. Ottima la pulizia. Ottima la posizione sia per arrivare in auto sia per muoversi a piedi in centro.
