Wonderful.

This is the third year we have stayed here; everything is wonderful, the owners are amazing people, Francesco the chef makes spectacular dishes, we will return next year too.

How nice to meet again!

Having returned to the Sporting hotel after a few years, we found the same warm and familiar welcome as always, combined with professionalism and attention toward their guests.
Enchanting stay and pleasant experience, even with the new spa.
Also noteworthy is the cuisine, rich in local flavors, and the careful cleanliness of the rooms.

Excellent.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location with a nice garden. The wooden spa is a gem. Superb food and everything is very well prepared and good. Very kind owners.

Relaxing vacation

I spent 10 days on vacation, with my family and friends, at the Sporting hotel and the experience, overall, was positive. The hotel is located in a privileged position, at an altitude of 1400 meters and close to the ski lifts. The food is simple, but genuine and the meat, in particular, is cooked really well. Giulio is a friendly and extremely helpful person, always ready to accommodate every request. The only aspect that I would improve is the care of the rooms and services which, with small attentions, could acquire greater value.
For the rest, extremely satisfied!

Good base for hiking/cycling holiday

Very much a family-run hotel with genuinely kind & helpful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble The place was very clean and the location is great for hiking & mountain biking. We took the half-board option and every evening had a choice of starters, main courses & desserts; all home-cooked, hearty fare which was just perfect after an active day in the mountains.
The rooms were varied; the quadruple and triple we had were very spacious whereas the twin bedded double was narrow, with the beds placed headboard against headboard as they didn't fit side by side. Nevertheless, all the beds were comfortable with good mattresses and the other furnishings were simple but adequate.
The only thing that we found uncomfortable were the showers; the cubicles are small and the water supply rather weak and erratic at peak times.
Most of the clients were families, and the fact that under 13s pay half price make this hotel an attractive option for families with younger kids. Our kids enjoyed playing table football and ping-pong outside in the garden and both the bar & garden were handy for an evening drink. (The bar area also has wifi).
