Picturous hotel, clean and good location

The hotel is small, of those without portaria 24 hours, if using a password at the entrance. Looks like an old house adapted to the hostel. Everything very clean, bed linen and bathrobes also clean, very simple room and more modern bathroom, with great shower. It looks like a family hotel and the two people who attend are very attentive, wonderful, trying to leave everything as pleasant as possible. As a small place, there is no elevator, which is why small bags are ideal to carry onto the stairs. If you’re looking for a place to sleep near the Università degli Studi di Perugia, this is a great place.

So much, so much, so much disappointment

I was really disappointed. The location may be close to the center, and I don’t disdain a bit of vintage furniture (indeed I’m an admirer) but vintage can’t and shouldn’t be the alibi for neglect. Chandeliers without light bulbs, cobwebs in the corners (the bottom corners, not those on the ceiling, and therefore easy to clean), a half-bashed wardrobe and, for some reason that I completely ignore, one side of the double bed has the right to the bedside table, the other does not. Dangerous nails sticking out of the walls, lack of a small fridge (we are family with children and so it would serve for milk and more), in short, a lot, a lot, a lot of disappointment. I attach photos of what I claim.

What’s around Heart of Perugia

Small hotel near the center. Clean and well maintained although a bit dated. Renovated rooms with faux wood strips, renovated bathroom. Room spacious, quality price good. To get downtown there is a challenging staircase, it is not easy but feasible. Parking space near hotel. The streets of Perugia are treacherous but worth it! I recommend it!!!

I stayed at this hotel in the center of Perugia, on February 13 with chek out on the 14th day of my daughter's graduation, cheap quiet place I only allow myself to criticize the lack of breakfast but for what I paid there is! I thank the owner and it will be my care return in the future thanks

Located in the historic center this property offers simple but spacious and cozy rooms with renovated bathrooms.
Excellent cleanliness as well as the welcome of the owners with whom it is pleasant to chat.
Really a great choice that I recommend.
