Fantastic Welcome and Service
Clean, centrally located but above all a fantastic welcome and help from the owner/manager. Nothing was too much trouble and in 30 years + of business and leisure travel I have never had such great service. Excellent value, highly recommended.

Poor
Very poor!
Was charged extra for a late check in as the flight was delayed. It is called a b&b but there is not actully any where to have breakfast, id you are lucky to see the owner you give him €3 and he will give you a ticket to take to a bar across the road!
On the 1st day there was no hot water at all, not even a drop, then once this started working the shower went from scolding hot to ice cold every few seconds then to top it off the air con broke!!
No facility to make a drink or a in room fridge to keep drinks you brought cold.
Would not recommend at all!!

Si tratta di una coppia di Signore, madre e figlia provenienti da Londra. La madre parla italiano in quanto, probabilmente, aveva genitori italiani e quindi ha anche un cognome italiano. Le Signore hanno comunicato l’orario in cui sarebbero partite da Londra ma non hanno mai con precisione indicato l’orario di arrivo, probabilmente sapendo già che non avrebbero potuto rispettare il termine ultimo delle 21,30 oltre il quale è prevista una maggiorazione di prezzo chiaramente riportata nelle condizioni della struttura che, con la prenotazione, si intendono lette ed accettate.
Hanno indicato l’arrivo per un orario nel quale l’aereo non sarebbe mai atterrato ovvero dalle ore 20 alle 21. L’arrivo previsto, invece , era per le 21,35 . Inoltre, ad una nostra OFFERTA DI ANDARLE A PRENDERE GRATUITAMENTE ALL’AEROPORTO DI PESCARA , NON HANNO MAI RISPOSTO. Abbiamo in seguito capito il motivo di un simile silenzio. Ad ogni modo, siamo rimasti in attesa dell’arrivo delle signore, dalle ore 20 fino alle ore ore 23,45! Questo perché, non vedendole arrivare per l’orario da loro indicato, abbiamo cominciato a fare ricerche ed abbiamo saputo che l’aereo sarebbe dovuto arrivare per le 21,35 ma aveva un ritardo di 50 minuti. Ovviamente, poiché tale ritardo era indipendente dalla volontà delle ospiti, non avremmo mai fatto pagare la maggiorazione se non fosse stato per il fatto che le signore, una volta atterrate alle ore 22,25, salite sull’auto della parente che era andata a prenderle all’aeroporto, NONCURANTI DEL RITARDO E DEL FATTO CHE QUALCUNO ERA AD ASPETTARLE DA oltre 3 ORE, SONO ANDATE A MANGIARE E SI SONO PRESENTATE PER IL CHECK IN ALLE ORE 24,00 !
Relativamente alla colazione, si precisa che ALLE SIGNORE, NEL MOMENTO DEL CHECK IN AVVENUTO ALLE ORE 00,30, E’ STATO PROPOSTO L’ACQUISTO DEI VOUCHER PER LA CONSUMAZIONE dei pasti presso una pasticceria convenzionata poco distante, ma NON HANNO ACCETTATO.
Quanto poi all’acqua delle docce e all’oscillazione della temperatura possiamo dire che, a seguito della sostituzione totale dell’impianto di produzione di acqua calda sanitaria, abbiamo avuto problemi con la messa a punto del nuovo sistema. Comunque l’acqua calda era presente e tutti gli ospiti presenti, comunque, sono riusciti ad usare i bagni regolarmente.
Come descritto puntualmente nelle caratteristiche della struttura, le camere non hanno il frigorifero. Tale scelta è stata dettata dal fatto che le l’accesso dalle camere è comandato da chiave elettronica e nella camera stessa è presente una tasca energy saver che una volta tolta la chiave, tutta l’energia elettrica nella camera viene interrotta. Pertanto Il frigorifero non potrebbe funzionare con una tale impostazione dell’impianto elettrico.
Le bevande sono invece riposte in un frigorifero comune il cui utilizzo è consentito solo a richiesta. Ma le signore non lo hanno mai richiesto.
Tali lamentele pertanto sono da ritenersi strumentalmente ritorsive solo per il fatto che le signore, prepotentemente , noncuranti delle regole che dovrebbero essere dettate dal buon senso, dall’educazione o, mancando le predette, semplicemente attenendosi a ciò che è scritto sulle condizioni ( da loro accettato ) non hanno avuto il desiderato accoglimento delle loro pretese.
Infine, giusto per completezza di informazione, aggiungiamo che la Signora S. durante la sua permanenza, ci ha CHIESTO CHE AVREBBE VOLUTO PRENOTARE ANCORA UNA CAMERA PER IL PERIODO DI LUGLIO E PER LA DURATA DI ALMENO UNA SETTIMANA.
Tutte le altre considerazioni le lasciamo all’intelligenza di chi ci legge.

Excellent Host
This isn't the most glamorous hotel but then again Pescara isn't the most glamorous city!
It was very clean and safe and was in an excellent location to get around.
The surroundings of the hotel were not what I was expecting and it did make me a little nervous to start with but in the end there was nothing to worry about.
The owner was very nice and helpful and you could tell that he would go out of his way to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible.
I can't give 5 stars although the service definitely was top class.

Simply Fantastic
I had a wonderful stay here, a really great place to stay.
The place is spotless, really clean and comfortable, it is safe and central and just perfect.
The free soda, water, tea and coffee is a lovely touch and just typical of the kindness shown by the wonderful owner, Stefano. I was picked up from the airport by Stefano, given a map, had dinner with him at the best restaurant I visited and was made to feel so very welcome as a lone traveller. I chose quality comfort because of all the positive reviews and was not disappointed at all, sure there is no breakfast but there are so many cafes, bars, bakeries and supermarkets on your door step which makes eating out more fun.
I have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous value for money establishment to anyone, in fact you would be hard pressed to find anywhere better for this budget in Pescara, in fact I'm sure you wont. Please stay here, you would be so glad you made the choice to do so.
Thanks again to Stefano for all your help,(booking me a taxi for early morning) being just one of many helpful things he did for me. I arrived in Pescara as a solo traveller and I left having made a new friend.

Great value, awesome owner
Quality Comfort is in a fantastic location in Pescara and within walking distance to just about everything you need for a great stay in Pescara. There is a convenient parking option nearby, and you really cannot beat the value for the quality of the stay. We found Stefano to be incredibly friendly and helpful, and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The amenities are a bit basic but for the value, this place was really fantastic. We will be back!
