A truly magical getaway
We had a spectacular time at L'Olmo. The staff on property is incredible and make your experience truly memorable and tier one. Julie, our host, is as warm as you could ever hope for — we arrived at midnight after driving in from France, and she made our late arrival a genuinely positive experience. Anthony and Ricky then provided around-the-clock service — from food to cleaning to valet, they took care of everything.
The rooms are large, spacious, and spotlessly clean. A beautiful bedroom, comfortable living area, and a large bathroom made this stop on our honeymoon truly memorable. The pool is fantastic, overlooking the Tuscan vineyards and rolling hills — we spent a perfect afternoon there with Ricky taking great care of us.
The property itself is gorgeous, private, and romantic, tucked away just behind Pienza — a relaxing escape that we'll surely be back for soon!

A serene oasis of luxury
The service was excellent, at every level . The Pienza suite is stunning , with gorgeous views in every direction. The pool area looks out onto the fields and there is definitely no need to try to “reserve” a lounger ! Everything about this hotel is calm and efficient calm. If you express a need (eg decaf coffee capsules) it’s not only immediately acted upon, it’s remembered for the whole of your stay . The hotel offers restaurant service , booked and chosen in advance , but as there are a number of excellent restaurants within 20 mins or less, you don’t need to rely on the hotel restaurant . Breakfast was excellent .

WONDERFUL!!!
I believe it is among the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
It is on the same level as boutique hotels in Greece, due to their personalized and differentiated service.
There are only 07 rooms (perfect for those who want an unforgettable honeymoon).
The region of Val d’Orcia in Tuscany is wonderful and the view from the hotel is simply stunning, rendering magnificent photos of this beautiful region.
My wife and I loved the hotel service, how helpful and efficient the staff are and the food that was delicious.
They arranged for us a farewell dinner in the hotel pool which was simply fantastic and far above all our expectations.
I only have one thing for sure about this hotel.
One day I will definitely come back here to stay again in this area and especially in this hotel.

Just fantastic!
Just stayed here for a couple of nights in July 2025 and now wish we had booked for longer. We stayed in the garden suite which was, as per the title, just fantastic!
This was probably the best and most relaxing, enjoyable stay we have had for many years.
The suite had a private patio and a stunning view of the rolling Tuscan hills. The bed was incredibly comfortable, as was the whole ambience of the suite, meeting all of our needs & more!
It was just a short walk across the garden to the serene pool, with wrap around gorgeous views.
The service was truly excellent; with such an intuitive approach making each guest feel very special at all times.
Our next leg of the trip was met by accommodation that was quite disappointing, so we contacted l'olmo to try to rebook, but they were fully booked. However, l'olmo took the trouble to recommend & liaise with alternative high standard accommodation nearby on our behalf, which were able to book instead; we were very impressed!
We would not hesitate to return to l'olmo and look forward to doing so in the not too distant future, and for a longer stay next time.

Lovely property and staff!
Wonderful experience all around! The rooms are private and nicely decorated. The staff is incredibly welcoming. Patrick is so friendly and helpful and Antony is very nice and respectful - thank you both! The reception desk was helpful by email with area bookings months in advance. The pool area was relaxing and lovely. Hope to return!
