One night and away

Minimal room but for one night is more than fine.
Clean only flaw the bathroom shower flat non-existent so I let you imagine that the water was close and I found it under the bed.

The sailing ship, hotel where to return

I never expected to feel so comfortable in a 2-star hotel.
The large room and also the.bathroom (with shower,) large. Il.tutto recently renovated.
The hotel is family run. The hearty breakfast is varied (3 types of cakes, different every day) biscuits, croissants,) all prepared by the owner, Mrs. Tiziana.
Overall I would call my holiday at "the sailing ship" a nice experience.

Good passage

We stayed 1 night me my wife and my son because passing through. Very affordable price when calculating breakfast and beach included.
Clean room with everything you need, only flaw the passage of the train even at night.

Price-quality ratio to be reviewed

Stayed for a few days close to August. Positive notes the proximity to the sea and the small pine forest and then the courtesy of the property that made us feel at home. Unfortunately, however, the structure is old and deserves modernization works both in the rooms (basic furnishings) and in the facilities (shower without object holder, wi-fi not working in the room but only on the ground floor, rough towels). We had the misfortune to have the room right above the railway and this made our nights very disturbed with few hours of sleep (only chance to sleep with window closed but I can't sleep with air conditioning on my head). For a few days you can endure but for longer stays it becomes complicated. We did not expect 4-star hotels but given the price paid for the room (more than 180 eur night) we definitely expected more.

Italian holidays

We travel with a dog and in most cases she is asked for a supplement or cannot access the beach... NOT here!! Family-run structure, in every sense, with private beach equipped with umbrella and sunbeds at 100 meters included in the stay. Clearly dogs can stay on the beach on a leash and enter the water before 8am and after 8pm as per regional regulation. Basic rooms and well cleaned every day, all with balconies. Possibility of having breakfast only or breakfast and lunch. At breakfast we go from sweet to savory without too many pretensions but very well supplied. We arrive at lunch... decidedly generous portions and cooked like grandma would make them. Passed with flying colors!
