Stay at the foot of the Dolomites a few minutes from Madonna di Campiglio

We stayed at this hotel a few minutes from Madonna di Campiglio and we had a really great time. The family rooms are spacious, recently renovated, and furnished in a beautiful, typical mountain style that is warm and welcoming. The cleanliness is impeccable in every area, an aspect that we particularly appreciated. The staff was always kind, helpful, and ready to satisfy every request with a smile. An excellent solution for those who wish to spend a relaxing vacation in the mountains. We will definitely return!

Positive but

The hotel is in a great location for skiing, clean and with a very comfortable ski room.
Spacious room and friendly staff.
We would have liked to have dinner more traditional local dishes and more relaxed times.
One of the waitresses didn’t give us time to finish a course that the other was already hesitantly bringing us, as if she wanted us to hurry up and leave early.
And if we made a request even trivial
Like a bottle of water he looked at us crookedly..
This gave us no time to relax at the end of the day, nor to digest. The inexplicably listed dessert list was different for each table. I asked for a different dessert from those listed only because I had heard it since

I recommend it to everyone

We stayed a week and had a wonderful experience. First of all the hotel is spotless and the family rooms very large and spacious. Breakfast and dinner always good and the staff was very helpful in preparing simpler dishes for my daughter. In addition, the managers have always been extremely helpful in the face of our requests, giving us suggestions on trips.

Holiday as fantastic as feeling at home

Just returned after 1 week in August with family. Fantastic experience. We had half board and the Hotel Service is like staying at home. All family run between the owner and her husband and this is the real strength of the hotel. The owner receptionist always super available to meet any request and always available to talk and decide together with guests the paths, routes for the next day. Rooms always clean and with everything you need and super soundproofed. Restaurant Service excellent quality and super available to meet our extra menu requests having a small girl. The waiters are also excellent. Everything's great. We will definitely return for winter season

Terrible Service

We recently went for dinner at the restaurant. We were greeted very well by the lady bartender. However, the service by the tall waiter was awful. We tried to get his attention several times, but he ignored us. The food was good, the price didn't meet our expectations considering the terrible service from the waiter. Ownership should address this.
