Total disappointment, experience to forget

We stayed at this B&B attracted by the photos that showed a room with a hot tub: too bad that, once we arrived, the tub was not there. Misleading advertising is unacceptable in itself.
Another detail that puzzled us: the outdoor pool, yes, there is, but it is not freely accessible: you have to book it two days in advance, which was not clearly indicated.
To access both the outer gate and the room you need codes, which my girlfriend had saved on her phone. Unfortunately, my partner's cell phone broke and we were left outside without a chance to get in. Since there was no concierge, we rang for help: the response was immediately aggressive from the owner, who was incredibly rude and unpleasant.
Such behaviour is unacceptable in any accommodation facility. Management completely ruins the experience.
We're not coming back.

Impossible Unfriendly

Clean and well-located
accommodation in Pisa.
We trustfully handed over our ID and Visa card for copies.
After we left, although the price had already been paid via booking.com, €70 was debited without prior contact with us, with what we believe to be false claims.
I would never give my Visa card
to an accommodation again.
Booking.com stated that there was free parking at the accommodation, but this was rudely refused and we were charged extra for charging e-bike batteries.
We don't understand why booking.com still offers this accommodation in the reviews.

A NIGHTMARE IN EVERY SENSE

SO IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 0 AS A REVIEW I WOULD DO IT IN OCVHI CLOSI. I've never had such a negative experience anywhere, the nightmare started from the moment of booking! I booked for 2 days with my family and to see Pisa... but the nightmare started immediately from the request for documents because obviously the desire to work when the client arrives is zero! The card we booked with was a prepaid card so it had to be loaded, the payment had to be made the day before arrival and instead they already demanded the money 3 days before otherwise THEY threatened to cancel the booking. We IMMEDIATELY gave them the money for the rooms upon their request but apparently they ALSO needed a deposit of 100 euros per room so 200 euros worth of stuff! WHICH WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT. to his (altered) caller he said that by message he had informed us of the deposit but this aforementioned message was written AFTER THE CANCELLATION of our reservation! In all of this, when the young lady in question called us with an altered tone almost screaming because the deposit money was missing (which I remember we didn't know how much it amounted to) TOLD US THAT SHE HAD WRITTEN IT so if we didn't pay the amount in question immediately he would have canceled the rooms. A person of unprecedented rudeness and arrogance! I asked over and over again how much the deposit was and in response she said and reiterated "I WROTE IT TO YOU I WILL ONLY SPEAK IT ONCE READ THE MESSAGE" WITHOUT GIVING US THE POSSIBILITY TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM she canceled the booking. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH CRAP ANYWHERE. I have traveled a lot in my life both in Italy and abroad. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH DISTRESS. At the last minute we had to look for another hotel which cost us double because we didn't really know where to go! Some people just deserve to be fired because this type of incompetence causes damage to both hotel facilities and customers. I hope this person gets fired on the spot.

Poor experience!

Very bad staff. Very poor staff and terrible service. The owner's behavior is quite offensive. she went into the bathroom i was using downstairs because there was no lock and said i couldn't use that bathroom i was without clothes yet. I had used the same bathroom the day before, indicated by her own work. Rough. We feel very disrespected.

Not the best

We arrived and the person in charge opened the door and let us know to come back later ( we arrived at 2 pm and we were able to leave the luggage) and he did not even allow us. He seemed to have been taking a nap and answered without a t- shirt and sleepy face. Embarrassing really. After that we came back later the room was ok but as it is in the facilites you don’t have a swimming pool neither snack bar. The breakfast is only from 9-10 am. We got up early and we were there at 8.55. This man come out and told us to wait until 9. Breakfast in the pictures is completely different at what you get. I would not recommend this place at all. It seemed as they were doing us a favour. We did not feel comfortable at all.
