Elegant and excellent structure, well cared for in detail. Nice and comfortable rooms with good restaurant service. Staff helpful and kind. Everything more than positive

Too bad disappointed

We spent 1 week at the hotel
4 stars at L hotel not justified
On the photo of the Site
Identical hotel entrance
Welcoming very well
The rooms well
Breakfast very good
Be careful the hotel on the edge of national in front of parking lot and Service station
We're not going back.
In the bathroom wall moldy
Joint black and moldy towel fraying rusty waterfall
Frankly never seen in a 4 star hotel
I reported at the end of our stay no commercial gesture
Sorry.

New Year's Eve dinner plus overnight stay

Room paid 400€ on New Year's Eve, on the website it told me that it would be a spa room instead it was a very small room with a hot tub behind the bed! Bathroom almost non-existent very small you could hardly even get in. Absent Bidet! Outside sink almost next to the bed! Definitely price too high compared to what we found!
Ridiculous welcome drink that consisted of a square of 2cm each with a sauce and a glass of prosecco, served 2 seconds before dinner so useless. It's not worth it. Dinner a bit narrow and badly distributed in the two rooms.
WE WON'T BE BACK.NOT WORTH IT

Negative

Good evening, we were recommended for New Year's Eve dinner, bad to say the least, poor dishes with chilling cooking,... I speak as a cook in the robinson tower san giovanni, for a 4 star you do not even have a comma .. change chef that maybe the name will not ruin it! The main basis in a structure is the kitchen .. and by you is super bad and poor! Not recommended!

Perfect.

Refined rooms are like little treasures in peace, extra personal breakfast at the top and nobody at the end of October....
