The best experience ever!
Absolutely incredible stay at San Michele Suite in Polignano a Mare. The staff provided some of the best service we have ever experienced anywhere in the world — genuinely kind, attentive, accommodating, and always willing to help with recommendations and anything we needed. They truly made the experience unforgettable.
The room itself was beautiful, spotless, and had amazing amenities, but the view from the suite was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over Polignano felt unreal.
Every detail of the stay felt thoughtful and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where the hospitality stands out this much, but the staff here are truly exceptional. Highly recommend staying here if you ever get the chance. We will absolutely be back.

San Michele Suite exceeded our expectations. The location is truly unbeatable: it is in the heart of the historic center of Polignano a Mare and offers an unbeatable view of the sea and Lama Monachile.
The suite combines the charm of local stone with elegant design, impeccable cleanliness, and great attention to detail.
The staff deserves a special mention: always kind, attentive, and willing to help at all times. The breakfast was also excellent, with fresh products and variety. Without a doubt, it is a place I would recommend to fully enjoy Polignano a Mare.

I've been fortunate enough to stay at some incredible hotels around the world, and this is, without question, my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at.
From the moment we arrived, Valentina and the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The level of hospitality here is something you rarely experience. Every recommendation, every interaction, and every detail was handled with such warmth and professionalism. Valentina is truly an asset to this hotel and helped make our stay unforgettable.
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The décor is elegant, stylish, and perfectly captures the beauty and charm of Puglia without ever feeling overdone. Every corner is picture-perfect.
The views are simply breathtaking. Whether you're relaxing in your room or spending time on the rooftop terrace, the scenery is unforgettable. Speaking of the rooftop... it's nothing short of spectacular. It's the perfect place to enjoy a drink, watch the sunset, and take in one of the most beautiful settings imaginable.

Excellent location and customer service!
We had a wonderful experience! We stayed for 3 nights and the location cannot be beat. The customer service and attention to detail by the staff was fantastic, from arranging transfers between the airport and our various excursions to preparing a packed to go breakfast (including cappuccino) for us at 6am to ensure we had our meal before our early departure. The employees at the front desk, serving breakfast and drinks at the rooftop, and our driver (Sarah) all went above and beyond every day to ensure that we had a carefree and relaxing vacation. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, the staff is all amazing.

Exceptional stay in Polignano a Mare
Beautiful views of the Lama monachile and the Grotta Piana from this exceptional hotel. The rooms were impeccably appointed and clean and the hotel, itself, was perfectly located in the old town. However, the amazing staff stood out as the most impressive feature, always eager to assist and working to make your stay as perfect as possible.
