Such a wonderful hotel! We enjoyed everything and can highly recommend this resort and would definitely come back again.

Great Staff, location and breakfast! AC didn’t work the first night, but was fixed the next day and we slept like babies! You won’t find a better staff and hospitality throughout the entire hotel. Remarkable :-)

Though it's lovely, quiet and the staff are extremely nice and welcoming, I suffered from the bad A/C; they claimed it's regulated out of their control. Another drawback, you cannot smoke in the outdoor areas of the restaurants

Misrepresentation of Hotel Room Booking

we’re really disappointed with the hotel room we were given. The room we were given is significantly different from what was shown on the hotel’s listing when we booked online. The photos and descriptions on the website compared to reality, the room is outdated, poor condition and dirty.
This discrepancy feels misleading and not in line with the booking terms. We booked in good faith based on the advertised images and amenities, and we are extremely disappointed with what we’ve received. We have paid $470 euros a night to get a horrible experience. We have shared our feedback with the hotel, instead they get super defensive versus trying to work things out for us. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. The apartment assigned corresponds to the Family Apartment – Free Breakfast category you booked and is consistent with the description and representative photos available online.
From the moment of your arrival, our management team — in coordination with your booking partner — engaged with you on several occasions to address your concerns. As the Dependence was fully booked, no on-site move was possible. Nevertheless, we offered fair alternatives, including assistance in securing accommodation at other nearby hotels of the same category or, if preferred, an early departure with a full refund for the unused nights.
You ultimately chose to remain with us, telling us your children were enjoying the resort, and we respected this decision. While we regret that the solutions proposed did not meet your expectations, we remain committed to acting with fairness, transparency, and good faith towards all our guests.

We were very disappointed with our Family apartment. Nothing like the pictures. Very old and worn rooms.
Really a shame that all adults and children must go through the smoking area outside the reception and restaurant.
There is nothing Italian about the place – nor the food in the restaurant, or the pizzas from the pizzeria.
Staff, beds, spa, and breakfast were good.
Far too expensive compared to the low quality.
