meglio di un hotel
Abbiamo scelto un B&B per non esser vincolati dagli orari degli hotel.
Ci siamo ritrovati in un ambiente esclusivo, raffinato, comodo ed accogliente.
Non ci hanno fatto mancare niente

Photos of super presentations and then a total FLOP!
To start with the photos the rooms look very large actually you have to go around to go from the terrace to the bathroom.
After having spoken by phone with the owner at the time of booking did not tell us that in the photos show breakfast outdoors on the terrace and instead to have breakfast, only after payment of the reservation, tells us via messages that you will take place in a slot reception bar near the structure (I do not describe the details ).
Uncomfortable mattress, lights that do not go out, terrace without even a coffee table, corridor with nauseating smell not to mention cleanliness ...

And there was light
Not recommended. The rooms are beautiful, but it's only appearance. Clogged bidet and sink that don't drain, bad, TV that can't tune in but, the best of the best is... lights that don't turn off. Either you keep them on all night, barn owl effect, or you remove the card and everything goes off, including the air conditioning, Turkish bath effect. Shower? Well gorgeous, but it floods the whole bathroom. We asked for a refund, given the 100 euros per night, but they told us that we don't know how to turn off the lights. Which as everyone knows is actually something you need to study first. Too bad the rip-off, because the beds were comfortable and the bag will last. But it's not enough

Nice staff, beautiful but tiny and useless room, worst breakfast ever
First of all it’s not a hotel, the rooms are locared at the penthouse of an old, dirty and ugly residential property. The building is located in an outskirt and dirty area of the beautiful city, which I normally would consider as a no go zone. Far from everything.
Keep in mind that you should pay for the parking on the streets nearby. Only cash, so timing is everything. Don’t get up late.
Thought there is a terrace for the room, but there is not. The room is one of the tiniest we have ever stayed in. Beautifully renovated, but the glass wall of the bathroom makes no privacy. There is only a sheet on the bed, lack of blanket and the overruned air co doesn’t help in a good sleep.
The landlord is nice and smiling. However the poor breakfast she provides is simply ridiculous. Never ever stayed at a place before where you have buffet breakfast and then get a small bred and a slice of salami. There are fruits and cereal at the buffet table, but don’t be fooled with them, you are forbidden to touch. You are asked which salami you prefer and get one slice.
Coffee maker in the room is an old, dirty and useless piece. There is a coffee maker in the room, but water runs out of it everywhere. Don’t have a clue why is it placed there if not working.
Highly overpriced place, small value for a fortune.

WORST HOTEL IN SARDINIA
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and WORST BREAKFAST IN ITALY! Firstly we couldn’t find the place as it is NOT A HOTEL, It is an old and dirty apartment building. The “hotel” is a flat on the 4th floor of this building.
There was no parking so we had to park on the street 150 meters away and carry the bags and pay for public parking.
The hall of the building was dirty and completely flooded, we had to carry the luggage up the stairs as the elevator doesn’t go to the ground floor, I slipped and and fell and my luggage was soaked.
When we arrived in the room at 17:00 the room was not ready ( even though we had told her our arrival time). The bed was wet and the floor flooded and dirty. The terrace could not be used as the sitting was wet and dirty as well.
When we came back at night there was no light in the hall, so it was both pitch dark and wet and muddy, we ruined our shoes completely.
At night we were cold and there was no blanket, as this is not an hotel there is no reception so we couldn’t as anybody for a blanket for the bed.
The bathroom door is just a glass screen which doesn’t even close properly, so don’t expect any privacy in the tolet which can be seen entirely from the room, which by the way is the TINIEST room we have stayed so far in Italy ( no space to open luggage or hung clothes).
The staff clearly changed from previous reviews as it’s incredible rude, the only person you see is the manager who is foreign ( I believe polish or Russian), and don’t speak basic English so it’s impossible to communicate properly. She only appeared when we arrived and then was impossible to locate as the “hotel” has no reception, you just enter the flat and find the rooms.
The LOCATION is bad as well , SUPER NOISY at night and early morning. Car alarms and trash trucks noises kept us up at night, and in the morning the noises from the produce market in front of the hotel make it impossible to sleep past 7:00 o clock.
Location is FAR AWAY from restaurants and bars, absolutely nothing to see nearby and traffic is pretty bad. You also meet a lot of traffic on the way to Cagliari which won’t take less than 20 minutes to arrive. Finally the front door is piling with trash.
BREAKFAST WAS THE WORST PART, don’t be fooled by the pictures the hotel doesn’t have breakfast anymore, they leave some packed cheap cookies and coffee in the room and the very UNPLEASENT manager informed us we could go to the coffee shop next door and order breakfast there free of charge.
The coffee shop is a cheap bakery with old and stale breads and horrible croissants ( everything looks industrial). There is no fruit, no cheese, no ham, no fresh juices as advertised in the pictures of booking website.
I ordered some baked goods as we were hungry, I couldn’t even eat anything, HORRIBLE QUALITY, cheap and stale. We called the hotel manager several times and she never answered. We decided to go to a proper coffee shop for breakfast and spent $30.
Hours later the manager finally picked up the phone and reluctantly said she would give us the money we had spent for breakfast back. We drove all the way back to the hotel only for her to say she would not give us back the money as we had ordered already the cheap bread and industrial juice from the coffee shop ( which we left entirely as the staff from the coffee shop knew), uneadible stuff.
RUDE, DIRTY AND worst of all when we told her that the photos didn’t represent the actual hotel and breakfast she said she had this photos because they were pretty, not because it was the r reality.
Upon closer inspection we realized previous guests had also complained about the breakfast and e quality of the coffee shop and management had done nothing to at least warn the guests that they were no longer offering this breakfast or changing the pictures in booking.
