Good starting location for the old town

Friendly ladies at the reception, a map for the old town is provided, we stayed at the guesthouse across the street, steep stairs to the room, no elevator, clean room, small bathroom, old town reachable on foot in a few minutes, the street in front of the house is heavily trafficked, bus stop directly in front of the hotel.

Very small rooms with a lot of noise transmission between them. Very small bathroom. Decent breakfast in a very crowded breakfast room. Location off the city centre and the station. No restaurants nearby.

Experience to recommend

Welcoming environment, clean, very kind and helpful staff.
Excellent breakfast that meets various needs: rich in health (trays of assorted fruit ready for consumption, various seeds, multigrains, yogurt, etc.). Respectful of local tradition with various cakes.

Siamo davvero lieti che abbia apprezzato l'accoglienza e la pulizia del nostro ambiente, così come la disponibilità del nostro staff, che si impegna quotidianamente per far sentire ogni ospite come a casa.
È inoltre un piacere sapere che la nostra colazione sia stata di suo gradimento. Teniamo molto a offrire una proposta varia che sappia coniugare l'attenzione per la salute, attraverso la selezione di frutta fresca e cereali, con il rispetto per la nostra tradizione locale e le sue torte artigianali.
Speriamo di poterla ospitare nuovamente nel prossimo futuro.

Nice and clean hotel. Convenient for cruise passengers.

Really clean hotel, about a 10 minute walk from the station. Convenient for cruise passengers, as the hotel is one that Visitravenna picks up from.
They serve breakfast, however there is no dinner available.

We stayed one night, room had everything we needed. Would have been nice with a kettle to warm the water and have tea/coffee addition. Otherwise all good.
