Amazing
We stayed as a couple for the long weekend of June 2nd at this all-inclusive hotel!
The location is fantastic!
On the beach! With a private pool and parking.
Incredible cuisine, and for me, being a person with multiple allergies, it means a lot! Attention from all the staff to my needs!
Possibility to have lunch in the restaurant hall on the beach where breakfast is also served in the morning!
Rich buffet for all three meals!
Very beautiful beach.
Courtesy, professionalism, promptness in resolving any situation and answering questions, all with a smile, from the reception staff to the dining staff, to the maitre d', from the room attendants to the lifeguard, and the bar restaurant staff on the beach!

This entire area seems like Miami Beach in 1965. This hotel is decent but needs a massive renovation. Although the hotel was mostly empty as it was the start of the off season, the clerk up-sold everything: $12 for a sea view; $8 for parking (unnecessary as street was available) and $20 to use their beach chairs! I would not recommend this area or this hotel.

It was a clean,friendly hotel.Owner carried my bags up steps to entrance.Beachfront venue with nice pool/bar area. Arranged a taxi to cruise for me. Restaurant moderate price for buffet including delicious dinner options.Bikes available to get around Ravenna!

Good... but could be improved
Attracted by the beautiful photos on the website, we booked at this hotel and honestly, the first impression was not the best, because the room is dated and the bathroom is really, really tiny... especially since the rate was not the cheapest, typical of Emilia-Romagna... however, I would say that after the first impression, the food is reasonably good and I must say we had a sea view room that helped... and they gladly welcome our furry friends even on the beach, so this is a point in their favor. I find it a shame not to take better care of the hotel given its location, as it would certainly have more points.

Terrible
Terrible experience. Booked in advance for the June 2nd holiday. Unfortunately, the stay lasted only one night because after the first dinner, I became ill, probably from the food. My companion went down at night to get me a herbal tea, but we were served a teapot with cold water.
In the morning at breakfast, I took a tea bag to finally make myself a herbal tea, but it had mold, a clear sign that something was wrong with the food, and I mentioned it to the waiter, who apologized.
The lady at the reception, insisting that the illness was not due to the food, charged us for two nights with a penalty, which was not indicated anywhere in the booking contract. I understand it was the June 2nd holiday, but my departure was forced, not voluntary.
In general, it can be said that the hotel enjoys an excellent beachfront location, but this is not enough to compensate for the significant shortcomings it presents: outdated and small rooms, malfunctioning TV, chaotic service both in the restaurant and at the reception, bikes without brakes or lights, dirty pool.
